Shipping and Communication with the seller was great, however the watch was not properly inspected and it was returned to the Seller due to malfunctioning Date mechanism and clasp.

whilst the dealer decided to kindly put a new strap on my watch It’s a different colour and slightly smaller than the measurements of the original strap , which makes it a little tight on my wrist , in fact it fits on the last hole I did send a message to the dealer on Friday to see if I can have a bigger strap or even a slightly inconspicuous colour I’m still waiting for a reply Also wondering if I myself can change the time on the watch Kind regards C. There was a defect that was not mentioned. The band clasp of the watch cannot remain closed and I am worried to wear the watch so it does not open and fall.

The crown was dislocated when I reveived the watch. The Seller (bsed in NY while I’m in London) was responsive. I ultimately found someone to fix the watch in London and the Seller offered to pay for it. Overall I would have expected the Seller to check twice the watch condition before sending it. But once he was made aware of the issue, he was ready to help / remediate.

Love the watch, only issue is the coating seems to wear easily. Some communication issues with dealer, and wished the watch would have come with the rolex box and not just the pouch. Picking the watch up was ok, but could have been better - to get a link taken off to fit I had to wait quite some time.
