Hello, Thank you for the recommendation, on the other hand I do not understand your evaluations too much, for the delivery the watch left on Wednesday you received it the next day (D + 1 in these times of crisis I do not think that many boxes can do better apart from maybe teleportation ...) then for the description and communication parts, we responded very quickly to all your questions and emails ... so I don't really understand how you couldn't have put the maximum score ... You should know that when you rate us as you did it is not necessarily very fair with regard to our work. Fortunately, we cannot rate the customers, which would still be fairer ... Hello, It is not very nice not to recommend us after all the explanations we had. For the return of the watch we did not have to offer to pay the costs for you because you did not want to return it. We had already offered you the shipping costs. As a reminder, this watch rates rather on average 1600 euros on occasion on Chrono24 you paid it 1100 euros including shipping costs (you can therefore imagine what we won on this watch ...) At the very least, given all the positive discussions we have had, we should at least have refrained from hitting on us in your recommendation. In short all people are not the same and do not realize that by their bad comment for small thing they harm the business of others.
