Speedy delivery. The watch is new and brand new as described. Only point to pick on is that the original booklet is not with official chop of montblanc… maybe that’s why it said “no original paper”.

The picture was not a picture of the watch. The watch is beautiful but not what I expected. The dial looks white and the hands clearly blue with a different movement in the display back case. However the description does mention the movement that the watch has and the face states silver but it looks clearly in person creamish not silver or white. Again a beautiful watch.

Was slightly disappointed the watch was listed as new but had a clear ding on the front of it. Not enough to return it given it was relatively fairly priced even with the ding but the listing said new. The dealer messaged me to warn that it had some use as a store watch, but sent no photos or other detail. Overall a solid retailer that sold the watch at a fair price, just would have been more accurate to list the watch as preworn vs new.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Händler war schwierig. Wir haben ausführlich einige Fragen gestellt und nur kurze Systemantworten ohne Besug erhalten. Die Lieferung hat dann allerdings geklappt

They will give you a call and ask for sales tax if you are made the whole payment to chrono24, so basically you’ll be paying 14% taxes and a foreign transaction fee for chrono24 😁 , so there is two hidden charges for a purchase

In de advertentie lijkt de Bazel geelgoud te zijn en in werkelijkheid is hij rosé. Vind ik minder mooi , helaas. Is wel over gecommuniceerd maar niet opgelost.

Communication is ok, they must be extremely busy with not returning messages until after inspection period is up. Also if you buy off Chrono24 a return isn’t possible at all. Their return policy doesn’t say this, but they do tell you this on the phone, when they eventually call you back. Great watch don’t get me wrong, and no offense to Authentic Watches, but I would recommend buying from someone else.

Packaging was OK. Arrived securely, but not much padding around the actual outer box of the watch. The particular item I ordered had sold out before my escrow posted, and I agreed to receive the M79730-0004 model instead of the M79730-0005. The watch was (save the band) as expected, and looks and runs great. Would buy from them again.
