We have shipped your order via DHL Express the next day upon receiving order confirmation from Chrono24 and it was delivered to you within 7 days from Turkey to Japan. There is no faster service available. We sent you a brand new watch together with all the documents and certificates as it is mentioned on our ad. You didn't communicate with us prior to or after placing your order. We see you awarded us with 3 and 4 star rating for which we didn't understand the reason. We hope you enjoy your new watch. Regarding the condition of the watch; as we have communicated with you, you have confirmed that the watch was in perfect condition upon delivery. You have only mentioned a little dirt on the clasp for which you could easily clean. So, it will be unfair to say that the watch wasn't brand new just because of a little dirt on the clasp. (no scratches, no blemishes, even all the plastic covers were still on the case). You didn't mention anything related with the box and you didn't report anything to us. If you can send a picture of the box showing the scratches, we can help you about it. The box wasn't showcased anywhere and it was directly taken from the warehouse for the shipment. But since it is a polished box, little scratches can be seen on the surface if it is placed under a high-intensity light. Otherwise, the box was also brand new and never used for another watch. Inside the warranty booklet, you can see the name of the distributor which matches the stamp on the international warranty card. After receiving your review, we have checked the notes of our Q&A team and the pictures of the watch which were taken just before shipping. As we have also shared them with you, the watch was in perfect condition. If there is a situation with the watch as you have stated (even though we didn't see  anything as you mentioned), it must be related with the manufacturing process. The watch was brand-new and was never worn before being shipped to you. It was proven with the pictures of the watch as the plastic covers were still on it. Moreover, until the watch was delivered to you, we have answered all your questions swiftly and helped you throughout the customs process.
