Good price and received exactly it was displayed. Communication could have been better, as I did NOT get reply all the times. Not sure what kind of shipping they used as it took forever to receive the watch. I made the payment on 14th Nov and received the watch on 4th Dec. Apart from shipping and a bit of challenge with communication, everything else worked quite well.

J’ai acheté cette nouvelle Breitling Superocean à l’occasion de la naissance de mon premier enfant. Le contact avec le vendeur était bon, une petite remise m’a même été accordé. Points négatifs, l’emballage n’était pas particulièrement sécurisant pour la montre. La validation de l’achat s’est fait automatiquement à la livraison de la montre. Par conséquent, je n’ai pas eu l’occasion de m’assurer que la montre était en bonne état avant de valider l’achat.

Seller was great and transaction was smooth. Shipping took FOREVER through DHL. Not just in transit but for the watch to actually be shipped. Outside of that everything was good.

On one hand, the product delivered is perfect. The watch was really brand new. EVERYTHING was there, even all the original stickers on the watch. Everything was perfectly packaged. So a big thumb up on this part. On the other hand, communication with the vendor could be improved : I asked for a price discount which was agreed by the vendor. I made the payement on chrono24 and after that the vendor didn't react or send the watch. I called him and he said that he made a mistake on the discounted price and that he was not sure if he could send the watch a this price... I involved chrono24 support team and few hours later the watch was on its way. But not an email or phone call from the vendor to clarify what happened. So to sum-up, this vendor has definitely respected his part of the deal and provided a perfect watch but could work on his communication. To be honest, I was debating between buying directly on the vendor website or using chono24. It was a bit more expensive on chrono24 but I'm very happy to have chosen chrono24. Their support team apparently helped and the trusted payment third party system is very reassuring. Well worth the extra money.
