The packaging was good but could have been more secure, there was enough space for the watch box to shift around at least 1.5" in each direction. The watch itself had a great description but the middle man (InterWatches) was in my opinion lazy as they did not finish warranty activation. Upon receiving the watch I had to contact the manufacturer and eventually the original jeweler that InterWatches purchased from in order to get the warranty activated. My information was already with InterWatches but they did not pass that along to the jeweler, so I had to reach out and make phone calls myself. Again the watch was great but it seems like the middle man rushed this order.

I ended up returning this item because there was a misunderstanding with the description. However I wanted to say that the seller was extremely understanding, there was no issue whatsoever in returning it. As well, since I was returning it from Canada back to the USA, there was an annoying customs holdup that the seller stepped in to clarify and facilitate. I would not hesitate to recommend this seller. (PS, for Canadian shoppers, the process of applying for a refund of duty paid from Canada Customs was pretty easy and my refund didn't take *too* long)..

I had the watch authenticated at an AD and I really got a great price. Unfortunately, one of the lugs was high polished and didn't match the others. It didn't look that way in the photos, but it can be fixed. I'm sure it was just an oversight, and I would definitely do business again with Interwatches.

The watch, a Rolex Day-Date, regular clasp President bracelet, should have been marketed with disclosure of the bracelet anomaly (2 interior visibly hollow links and missing clasp manufacture date stamp- opined by Rolex Dallas service to be possibly an aftermarket repair, but not factory- stamp debatable). The piece was returned and after a week am still waiting for a credit, but hopeful, since the watch has since been reposted for sale. In fairness, Interwatches claims that the piece is factory original. But the bracelet was as new, a possible, but unlikely condition for a 47 year-old example.

Unfortunately this watch was shipped with a few issues 1) Beyond the sellers control this watch had been modified from it's original condition, the case serial number is a 16200, which has a smooth bezel, but this watch was fitted with a fluted bezel. 2) this watch was received with slight water damage, when wearing the watch the glass steamed up and became unreadable. I sent this watch to Rolex for servicing and it required a new glass, bezel, and new oscillating weight. The watch seller through negotiation eventually sent what amounted to around 80% of the cost of repair. Hopefully this watch will return from Rolex basically brand new. Total cost of purchase has reached around 70% of the cost of a new watch from a dealer, when including watch, customs import duty, and sevice and repair. had it not been a sentimental model year I probably would have returned it for a full refund. The seller was communicative throughout and offered a reasonable compensation to cover the costs of repair. For something advertised in good working order I had hoped the seller would offer 100% of the repair costs and this is my only negative point.

I had the watch checked at a Hublot store location, and it came out to be 100% authentic. The watch came with a 2 year Hublot warranty. Will definitely purchase again from them!!
