Although I would still buy from this buyer again, because he was very responsive throughout the whole correspondence, I felt a bit disappointed because: 1. The watch was supposed to be "unworn". However, the strap showed signs of usage, the kind of signs seen only on straps that have been put on and off multiple times, as well as an ever so tiny dent on the bottom side of the case, which surely shows the watch was bashed against something and, therefore, it could not be described as "unworn". The dent is really small and can be marginally accepted under the "you get what you pay for" rule ... the watch was cheaper than anywhere else. And the above shows why. 2. The seller would not release a stamped invoice as proof of purchase. With that been said, the IWC International Warranty seemed in good order and I could finally manage to benefit from the IWC extension by another 6 years, making the total warranty time 8 years. All in all, a good deal. But, I would have preferred a bit more transparency from the seller.
