Like most of their pieces it seems, mine was not in stock with an announced 6 weeks delay upfront. Communication was very minimal, but the piece finally shipped 5 weeks after the payment. Price was good, and the watch was well packaged and received in perfect condition.

The watch was sent on time, arrived quickly with box and papers. Excellent. Everything was as described. The only thing that made me doubt if I should buy the watch was the lack of decent pictures of the watch.

Everything was perfectly handled. Apart from one thing. The dealer didn't answer my message in the chat about whether my watch was unisex or 18mm strap size.

The dealer displays the sale of a watch at a premium price which he does not control the timing of delivery, not reliable, expecially when you want to make an expensive gift to a special person celebrating a special event.

The product was great, as described. Shipping was an issue, and although it may not have been the seller's fault, their management of the situation was not at par with the product or this site.

Delivery was speedy, but the pricing was honestly insane, bordering a rip-off. 87 euro for sending a small box in the EU is 8 times the actual cost. It is of course a clever way to make a sale. Publish the product for a price which is more or less 87 euro lower than normal makes the offer seem attractive. So, when you consider buying from this company make sure that you check the small print.

Garantiert nie wieder! Die im Inserat angegebene Lieferzeit wurde in keinster Weise eingehalten und die Kommunikation war völlig inakzeptabel. Immer wenn ich Herrn F. angerufen habe um zu fragen, wann die bestellte Uhr denn geliefert werde, erhielt ich die Auskunft, daß er (so ein Zufall!) erst vor ein paar Tagen beim Hersteller angerufen habe und dieser ihm keinen Liefertermin nennen konnte. Anlässlich eines der vielen Anrufe bei Herrn F. hat er mit mir vereinbart, nochmals beim Hersteller wegen des Liefertermines nachzufragen und mich dann zu informieren- der versprochener Rückruf ist bis heute nicht erfolgt. Ich kann mich des Eindrucks nicht erwehren, daß ich schlicht und einfach angelogen wurde. Erst nach massiven Beschwerden bei Chrono24 und dem Hinweis meinerseits, daß der Händler auf der Chrono24-Homepage die gleiche Uhr, nur mit einer Faltschliesse statt einer Dornschliesse des Armbandes, als sofort lieferbar anbietet hat sich der Geschäftsführer bei mir gemeldet und angeboten, diese Uhr zum selben Preis wie meine bestellte zu liefern - nach neun (!) Monaten Wartezeit!!

Zeer mooi horloge voor een scherpe prijs. Snap alleen de verzendkosten van € 200,= niet. Werd gewoon standaard zonder ontvangst bevestiging opgestuurd.

Sehr empfehlenswert! Die Uhr wurde wie in der Anzeige beschrieben geliefert. Sämtliche Schutzabdeckungen waren noch vorhanden. Einziges kleines Manko ist die Kommunikation...
