Eine wunderschöne Ihr, Versand und Verpackung waren reibungslos - so stellt man sich das vor. Das einzige was eine Verbesserung wäre, ist eine offenere Kommunikation. Wusste bei knappen 3 Monaten Lieferzeit zwischenzeitlich nicht mehr ob meine Uhr überhaupt bestellt wurde. Ansonsten alles top, weiter so!

Leider nach Vertragsschluss prompter Abbruch des Kaufs, da die angebotene Uhr nicht verfügar sei. Bereits die zweite Bestellung dieses Modells bei diesem Händler mit dem gleichen "Ergebnis". Ich bin etwas enttäuscht und kann mich des Gedankens des kurzfristigen (5-8 10 Tage) beabsichtigten erweiterten "Chashflows" nicht erwehren.

Händler war nett. Die Uhr ist schön. Hätte zwar erwartet, dass er die deutsche MWST abzieht für die Lieferung in die Schweiz. Mit dem Preis hat es sich trotzdem gelohnt. Die Versandsspesen erachte ich als hoch. Schade, dass der Händler vergass die Uhr zu kürzen. Das kostete mir 40 Euros in der Schweiz. Dafür ist mir Chrono24 mit einem Beitrag entgegengekommen. So konnte ich die CH Steuern bezahlen. Ich danke den Händler für die tolle Uhr.

This was my first purchase from Chrono24, and this dealer was fantastic! The watch was exactly as advertised, and shipping actually came EARLIER than expected. The dealer also took time to answer my very amateurish questions, and I appreciate that. The one small negative is that, when I opened the watch box, the watch and cushion were not properly attached to the box, so I imagine it must have rattled around during the shipping process. No damages though.
