I was amazed by the speed of the shipping. From Germany to Lithuania the watch came in 2 buisness days. Watch itself great. Dissapointed with the original watch box, was expecting (google "maurice lacroix aikon box") got cardboard box (https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/41Eh7QuDHcL._AC_SY400_.jpg) All in all, next time would buy from the guy who also posts pictures of the watch box. 3.5/5

IF A WATCH IS NOT AVAILABLE ANYMORE EACH SELLER HAS TO UPDATE THE INFORMATION ON CHRONO 24 AND WITHDRAW IT FROM YOUR WEBSITE - ITS ALREADY THE SECOND TIME IN 10 DAYS THAT I AM FACING THIS ISSUE - NO ANSWER AND WHEN THE ANSWER ARRIVES ITS NEGATIVE . Nach Zahlung wurde alles getan, dass die Uhr schnellstens zum Käufer kommt. Aber wehe... man hat zum normalen Kaufgeschäft ein spezielles Anliegen. Auf Hinweis teilte ich mein Handgelenksumfang mit, damit die Uhr gleich passend geliefert wird. Hat natürlich nicht geklappt (und das im Lockdown, kein Uhrmacher hat geöffnet). Versuche jetzt, mir geeignetes Uhrmacherwerkzeug zu besorgen.

Es gab nur bei der Lieferung Verzögerung um ein paar Wochen. Warum gab es kein Foto von der Uhr ? Im Katalog von Glashütte wirkt der Stundenring weiß, in Wirklichkeit war er silberfarbig. Gefällt mir nicht so gut.

Angegebene Lieferzeit wurde nicht eingehalten. Es erfolgte jedoch keine aktive Info an mich, erst auf meine Nachfrage erhielt ich eine unverbindliche neue voraussichtliche Lieferzeit.

Die Uhr ist exakt wie beschrieben, netter Kontakt, prompte Lieferung. Drei Sterne gibt es für den Lieferservice. Die Uhr war neutral verpackt, sodass niemand erahnen konnte, was in dem Päckchen drin war. Das der Paketdienst allerdings in unserer Abwesenheit das Paket vor unserem Haus auf der Fußmatte ablegte und das unweit der Straße ist ein absolutes Unding.

I did not communicate with the seller. The payment and shipping was quick, smooth and effective. The watch itself, though... I got the feeling that the watch was not brand new, it missed the plastic cover that have always accompanied other brand new Tissot watches. Also, the date adjustment dial was broken, so I had to immediately hand it in to a watchmaker to have it repaired. Not sure if this was due to Tissot or the seller, but it was disappointing. Luckily I have the 2 year warranty.

Leider war die Uhr ( Carrera calibre 16 ) nicht in Ordnung. Ging pro Stunde knappe 10 Minuten vor. Kann ja mal passieren. Dann erwartet man aber eigentlich dass der Händler auch die Rücksendung übernimmt. Schade. Dann wäre es trotz Fehler super gewesen.

Salve l'orologio come descritto dal commerciante non presentava segni visibili . Anche dalle foto non si notava nulla , quando è arrivato ho notato che il vetro è scalfito e nell'annuncio non era stato menzionato . Per il resto tutto ok
