Die Gangreserve entsprach nicht der Angabe und lag z. T. unter 24 Std. . Die Rückerstattung erfolgte am 8. Werktag, nachdem der Händler die Uhr zurück erhalten hatte. Mir wurde gesagt, die Uhr müsse getragen werden, Aufziehen reiche nicht aus (!!!). Dazu hätte ich alle Folien entfernen müssen und hätte die Uhr nicht zurück geben können.

Die Angabe der Gangreserve bezieht sich auf den Vollaufzug. Unsere Empfehlung die Uhr zu tragen, dafür wurde sie ja bestellt, galt lediglich dem automatischen Aufbau der Gangreserve. Leider haben wir keinen Einfluss auf die Laufzeiten der Rückzahlungen seitens Chrono24, leiten die Nachricht aber gerne weiter.

Bonjour, j'ai mis" moyen" pour la communication avec le vendeur car notre correspondance était en anglais et ce n'a pas été facile car mon anglais est "moyen" mais le vendeur a répondu immédiatement à ma demande d'explication car le bracelet de la montre était trop long et notre horloger ne trouvait pas la solution avec ces nouveaux bracelets pour enlever les maillons.
