Super schnelle Abwicklung. Super schneller Versand. In der Beschreibung hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass die Kratzer im Gehäuse erwähnt werden. Bei einem Zustand „sehr gut“ und keinem Hinweis auf Beschädigungen, muss ich davon ausgehen können, dass keine sichtbaren Kratzer vorhanden sind. Außerdem bin ich es nicht gewohnt, dass eine Uhr dreckig ausgeliefert wird. Das war schon etwas ekelig, hatte ich bisher auch noch nie.

ich hatte dem Händler geschrieben, dass er den Versand der Uhr um eine Woche nach hinten verschieben soll, da ich im Urlaub war. Dank unserem Nachbarn, der mit der Postfrau ab und zu einen Kaffee trinkt, kam es dazu: Das die Postfrau wieder auf die Post gefahren ist und das bereits zur Retour gelegte Paket wieder zum Nachbarn brachte, der es entgegen nehmen konnte. Dieses Chaos hätte vermieden werden können. Im schlimmsten Fall wäre die Uhr retour gegangen........

Overall the watch resembled the pictures, the condition on bezel and bracelet was great, but the dial had a flake that fell off which is now floating around. Communicated with the seller on adjusting the bracelet to fit but it was not as well fitting when the watch came. Will have to go fix these later. Other than these, the watch was promptly shipped and nicely packaged.

Uhr entsprach äusserlich der Beschreibung. Jedoch entsprach die Beschreibung bzgl. der Funktionsfähigkeit nicht. Ich musste die Uhr erst in die Revision geben, da sie sich nicht mehr aufziehen ließ.

I got exactly the watch I wanted. Plus more. They seem honest and I love the watch I got from them. I'm in USA and the dealer is in Switzerland but I found communication short, brief. That might sound a bit unfriendly, but maybe it was the language differences. They described the watch "no original box or papers" but when I got it it DID have the original box and papers. So I got even more than expected. Never would have found it without Chrono as not a USA released model. They did great shipping, it was well packed and came quickly. No issues.
