The dealer performed very well and the item was as described, packaged well and shipped as promised. FedEx did not meet expectations with package delivery time or tracking info. Also was delivered without requiring a signature or any proof/acknowledgement of receipt. Was shipped with adult signature required to confirm receipt.

Excellent service. Prompt delivery. Watch looked exactly as per the photos. However, the alarm function does not work. No audible beeps from the watch at all. My breitling dealer told me it could be a part fault and requires repair. I am pretty sure the watch had this fault before it was shipped.

Watch didn't work on arrival, needed to be manually wound everything, automatic feature /rotor needed service, an expensive job. Very disappointing experience.

I'm sorry that this was your experience. We had tested the watch upon receipt and again prior to shipping. Unfortunately, the issue with the rotor did not develop until after the watch was shipped.
