Order delivered after 2 months. Seller claimed package was lost, tracking in shipping company showed package never left italy. Seller claimed that they send second package as first one was lost!!! I dont think watch was in stock, they ordered from somebody else and then made shipping!!! Terrible terrible experience!!! I dont recommend buying from this shop!!!

Il primo pacco è ancora fermo nella dogana Cipriota. Le avevamo comunicato prima della spedizione che abbiamo riscontrato molti problemi con Cipro e che non avremo organizzato la seconda spedizione, ma Lei ha insistito per avere l'orologio, e ha rifiutato il nostro rimborso. Pertanto se la prenda con la sua dogana se i controlli sono serrati. E a titolo di cronaca non voleva neppure pagare i dazi doganali !!! Pertanto feed back respinto al mittente e non veritiero !!!!!

Scusi ci ha scritto prima di acquistarlo se il vetro era zaffiro o minerale. Le abbiamo comunicato che era un vetro minerale, dopotutto i VAGARY non montano vetri zaffiri. Lo ha acquistato lo stesso, pertanto FEED BACK respinto al mittente !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered watch which was not availible at the moment and they said that it will be availible in 3-4 weeks. After month and the half i sent a message about shipping status and they did not replied. I canceled shipment 1 week after because they did not reply back since. I bought the watch from another dealer.

Buongiorno, come da inserzione l'orologio era in prenotazione, se Lei non ha accettato i termini di consegna, non è colpa nostra. L'orologio a Lei non è mai stato spedito, dato che non ha accettato i termini di consegna e pertanto FEED BACK respinto al mittente

Il ritardo nella consegna (come risultava dal traking) era dovuto a problemi del corriere non di certo imputabili a noi. Ci spiace per la dimenticanza nella regolazione del cinturino, ma è un lavoro che può benissimo eseguire pure lei. L'importante che il pacco le sia arrivato, e che sia stato di suo gradimento. Grazie

Sent via DHL, via a hub that was closed due to Covid. Not sure if they could have avoided, but there was poor communication around this situation. I had to initiate the communication every time. Solved at last. Watch in good condition, good price.
