Disapointed to spend a whole day waiting for UPS shipment. No timeperiode advised. - Crono24 is advised. I had to prove the sellers description incorrect and had to spend unnecessary long time to get a reasonable compensation. The watch was in good condition. Though the lady in charge of the mediation handled the case quite fast and kept me informed. - Thank you.

I ordered a watch and it was delivered quickly. The watch strap provided was incorrect. I was told I would be sent the watch strap separately but despite repeated requests for shipping details about the strap I cannot get them to reply. I didn’t want. Black strap as supplied I wanted the watch I ordered either the brown strap as advertised. Maybe this review will make them send me the strap I ordered.

The watch was worn considerably and was not in "very good condition with little signs of wear " as described. The bracelet had quite a bit of stretch and some of the pin were loose. I would rate this watch in fair condition. The pictures did not show this and it should have been described as such.

Der Versanddienstleister hat die Uhr einfach unten im Hausflur (Mehrfamilienhaus) abgelegt, obwohl ich ihm die Tür geöffnet habe. Keine persönliche Übergabe/Unterschrift etc.. Bei einer zig Tausend Euro Uhr eine Frechheit. Die originale Uhrenboxen wurden idealerweise nur von außen fotografiert. Von innen ist der Stoff bei beiden Boxen total zerfetzt, hätte man fairerweise in der Beschreibung erwähnen können. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. Die Uhr ist wie beschrieben - und das ist ja die Hauptsache.

Uhr vom Zustand an sich ok, Kommunikation aber leider eine Katastrophe. Es war nicht möglich die benötigten Information zur Uhr zu erfragen, teilweise wurden die Fragen nicht mal richtig gelesen. Die Antwortdauer war völlig inakzeptabel. Ich wünsche niemanden ein ernsthaftes Problem mit der Uhr bei diesem Händler. Leider war es für mich das schlechtesten Kauferlebnisse bei Chrono24. Das geht auch anders.

The dealer charged me for Collect On Delivery (COD) with UPS where I had to pay UPS for the delivery of the package in addition to charging me for shipping through the Chrono24 checkout process. Because I wasn’t notified that the package was COD, I was out of town and UPS tried to deliver the package several times, causing the watch almost end up getting returned to the seller. Additionally, the seller did not properly provide my tax information to UPS and the watch ended up getting held up in Customs, causing further delay of the delivery. Watch is great though and was as described in the posting.

zur Beschreibung: Das Glas hatte linksseitig zwei Einschläge, die auf den Bildern nicht erkennbar waren. Hätte man aber, wenn man gewollt hätte, sogar mit einem Handy entsprechend deutlich fotografieren können. Von solch gravierenden Mängeln war in der Beschreibung leider auch nichts angegeben. Ärgerlich, da man die 60 Euro für den versicherten Versand selbst tragen muss. Deshalb leider keine Empfehlung. Für einen Onlinehändler von Gebrauchtwaren ist eine detaillierte Beschreibung leider ausschlaggebend für die Kundenzufriedenheit Zur Kommunikation: Es wäre wünschenswert, dass der Eingang einer Nachricht über das Kontaktformular per E-Mail bestätigt würde. Zumal es hierbei um die Wahrung von Fristen geht.
