Metterei 5 me è stato poco trasparenza sia da chrono 24 sia dal venditore, vedete...le persone si fidano di ciò che vedono sulla pagina principale, cioè vedono il prezzo e le spese dl spedizione ,quindi credo che per essere corretti con la clientela dovete aggiungere anche la tassa doganale per i venditore fuori unione europea, forse ce scritto da qualche parte nei annunci ma le persone si concentrano solo sul prezzo ...cioè PREZZO + SPEDIZIONE + SPESE DOGANALE

Also customer needs to " tick " the terms of : I am aware that this purchase may incur additional customs duties & import taxes. As seller, we just friendly reminded buyer to pay tax again and we supposed buyer already knew about their local country customs duties & import tax before payment.

Same here, unfortunately the communication was very Bad. First I got wrong informations then I didn’t get any reply anymore. I just got a reply after I ask Chrono24 to help. Rest was ok. But shipping process and communication is definitely room to improve.

Unfortunately not a good communication. Not very bad. But compare with other dealers I definitely would choose others next time again. The rest was ok. But communication and delivery process definitely room to improve.

Everything was fine, except for the product. Seller is saying I made the damage to the Watch but upon arrival and inspection, the Watch which is a marine master came with a defect. The case was dented on the side of the body, close to 9. You can argue that it was a buyer made problem but think about it , it is dented not scratched. I can agree if scratch but not dented because it is either from factory or already on the Watch when the seller had it in stock. What happen next? Seller is as reluctant to honour a return and also reluctant to compensate anything at all!!! That’s what I was not entirely happy about! Chrono24 however was very prompt with helping with the problem and I was happy with Chrono24 customer service. For that, I wouldn’t recommend this seller.

All our product shipped out is brand new, direct import from Japan supplier. We had get your report for the watch damage after you had already removed the watch strap. Customer should notice sell if there are any scratch once received not after any changing. There are no proof that the watch had been damage before shipment, you had not provide any proof for the watch condition once arrived.

They sent me a watch with a serial number that did not match with the ad. They said it would come with original box, instead they sent a cheap "made in China" box that doesn't even slightly resemble Seiko quality.

La descrizione dell'articolo non era coerente, alcune immagini dell'annuncio non erano corrette, tra l'altro ci sono informazioni errate anche su altri annunci (per esempio alcuni annunci di orologi al quarzo vengono descritti come automatici). La spedizione è stata soddisfacente, la protezione del pacco era sufficiente, articolo arrivato in tempo. Comunicazione non perfetta con il commerciante, alcune domande poste venivano ignorate e alcune risposte erano vaghe. Complessivamente reputo l'esperienza sufficiente.
