Very responsive and quick to answer questions. Deal did not work out though because watch sold during price negotiations (which I ultimately accepted). Somewhat understandable but frustrating that I got to check out and order was cancelled. Seems like at least a warning that the watch may be sold would have been more professional as we were actively talking

1. The dealer was not responsive. After a few messages & email before the starts communication! 2. The advertisement was inaccurate. The year of the watch stated in advertisement was 2018. After several questions, they say is 2010. When received the watch, the warranty can mention 2014. Still have no idea how old is the watch! 3. Before shipment, requested for the watch to be set up, warranty stamp (if there is a warranty card), watch polish & includes the Correcting Tip Pen (to adjust the dates). When i received the watch, it was not adjusted, the leather strip was really worn & there is no correcting pen. When contacted them, they say they will get me a correcting pen and send to me (STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVE). 4. Received the watch & check the timing. The watch was crazily fast about 20 secs/day! Took to Swatch Malaysia Servise Centre, they found the watch to be strongly magnetised! They did a de-magnetism for me & now is within + 2sec/day! Sorry to say, they did not do anything to ensure that the watch is in good state before sending it out!
