Thank you so much for your feedback, although we are very sorry to read that you are not entirely satisfied! Somewhat to our defense, prior to the shipping we've exchanged a number of messages, also about the condition of the watch and what you could expect. At one point you did ask for a lower price, however as our price was already the lowest - barring 1 from a private seller with a watch in worse condition - we simply didn't have the room to accommodate a lower price. All in all it felt like very nice exchanges and we were unaware of your sentiment, so it's very sad to read your negative feedback. We really do hope you will enjoy your wearing your watch and we will use your feedback to improve our listings even further, as regardless of how it happened, if you're not 100% happy that is somewhat we want to work upon!

La synthèse évoquait une montre avec box AND papers. Un detail dans la description disait “no papers”. C’est trompeur et le professionnel n’a pas voulu revenir sur le prix quand je m’en suis rendu compte.comme la transaction allait être ou était expédiée j’ai accepté la situation tout en étant furieux. Pour le même prix sur Chrono24 il y avait des modèles “box and paper”.
