Nach meiner Erfahrung ein ganz und gar unseriöser Verkäufer. Die als Mille Miglia verkaufte Uhr war keine Mille Miglia. Der Gehäusedurchmesser betrug nicht wie inseriert 42 mm, sondern eher 35 mm. Die bereits bei der Lieferung vorhandenen Kratzer (Dokumentation anhand von Bildern direkt nach Erhalt) wurden dem Käufer, also mir, in die Schuhe geschoben. Ich kann nur jedem raten, keine Geschäfte mit diesem Anbieter zu tätigen.

The seller included an additional generic product box, because the pillow in the original box had deteriorated and would have left polymer deposits on the watch. I have an irritating issue with this transaction. It was sold as "new old stock". In the photos, the gold plating on some of the bracelet links appeared to be non-uniform. Prior to the purchase, I asked the seller if this was truly the case, or if the appearance was due to some reflection. They indicated the latter, and that later turned out to be inaccurate. To my layman eye, those links appear as if the gold plating has been partly polished off. This erodes my confidence in the seller's "new old stock" claim. Zenith has now received the watch for service, because it was received in dry condition. I might can get them to comment on the apparent condition of the watch. If somehow I am completely wrong in my perceptions, I will apologize and remedy this review.

The seller cancelled the order after having been paid, due to some technical problem of the watch, as he reported: I read other buyer’s feedback reporting the same excuse from this dealer to cancel their purchase, so it seems to be a recurring practice from this seller. Not honest

The watches were not sent by standard majl od airmail but through DHL. In addition to the sending fee added to the cost of the watches, I had to pay an additional fee of DHL. It was a negative surprise.

Sending a invoice and sending the product is fast. Getting a reaction after the sale has been done is very slow and not communicable. The watch was not in the state described I proposed to go down a bit on the price. For every part of the communication I have to ask for a reaction. After a while I was told that they would look for a differed sample of this watch but nog mention of having to send it back etc. Ask again for update but was told that every contact of them where on holiday. Now of course we are past the 14 days of the return. No updates nothing. Asked again for a reaction before writing this review. As I didn't get a reaction and this is the last day I can write a review this is sadly the review I have to write. So while the watch is stil quit nice it is to expensive considering the state it is in

Disappointed. Provided commitment and reached agreement in correspondence that would purchase and pay for this watch on Monday (after transferring funds). The dealer sold it to someone else just before I could make the purchase early Monday afternoon. I get the dealer needs to balance the demands of multiple customers but when you reach an agreement it’s important to honour it. I’ve bought several watches through dealers and not encountered this before.

Ich habe die Uhr aus 2 Gründen zurück gesendet, weil nicht, wie deklariert, eine Herrenuhr versendet wurde sondern eine kleine Damenuhr, an der außerdem ein Preisschild über 1100 Euro hing. Wir haben aber 1400 Euro bezahlt. Obwohl wir in unserer Tracking ID sehen können, dass die Uhr beim Händler vor 5 Tagen angekommen ist, habe ich bislang keine Eingangsbestätigung vom Händler oder chrono24 erhalten. Auch konnte ich bis dato keinen Rückzahlungseingang registrieren. Das verärgert mich und macht auf mich keinen seriösen Eindruck! Deswegen habe ich keine „Weiterempehlung“ abgegeben.

Description shows 'Brand New' and 'Unworn' But when I got the watch, the leather straps was dirty and winkled and dried out to cracked. I understand that, The watch made 2014, when I ask the seller for the dirt, showing me little part of dirt. But when I got the watch, whole straps were dirty. So I request it for replacement strap for refund or send me the replacement strap, but the seller only offered 64% of the replacement straps. Chrono 24 gave me the other 36%, so I accepted the offer. But this is not right. The seller has to disclosure every detail. I really disappointed this seller, but I really impressed Chrono24 customer services. I will do the business with Chrono24 again, but not this seller 'luxuryinstock'

The watch is clearly described as a new watch. But what I receive has scratch on bezel, case, and band. Certainly the watch has no original film wrap. I do not understand how can this watch be described as new watch. More funny is that the staff who shipped this watch marked it as a used watch of $5000 value on Dhl shipping label and custom form. I returned the watch to get all money back from Chrono24, but I lost the high international shipping fee and custom fee, which are more than $500.

To be informed that the watch which you just bought (unused) shall have a technical problem and therefore the deal is being canceled is a big disappointment and not understandable in the +10kEUR segment, on the other hand fair from the seller (better than having a non functional watch shipped).

In my experience, I found this dealer to be reputable. The item description was accurate and the item looked even better in person than online. Where the process fell apart for me was in the shipping. Chrono24's website leads you to believe you can prepay the customs duty, however, this was definitely not the case for this shipper. As well, the shipping was unnecessarily delayed because there was no documentation prepared by the Seller stating the desciption/make/material/country of origin of the item. This was left to me to research and submit for customs clearance. Although Chrono24 responded to my emails in a friendly and timely manner, neither they nor the seller were able to effectively assist. I don't think I would order again through Chrono24, having had excellent experiences dealing with other platforms like Crown & Caliber, Farfetch and The RealReal, who make the process absolutely seamless. I shudder to think what would have ensued if I needed to return the product.

bracelet trop petit, j'ai pourtant un petit poignée de 8,5cm. Même mon neveu de 12 ans ne peut porter la montre, il manque des maillons aux bracelet. Impossible de porter cette montre à 420 euros, très déçu, achat inutile.
