Der Händler hat verschickt ohne vorab sich abzustimmen und das hat zu Probleme geführt und musste durch einer Vollmacht einer dritten Person abholen lassen. Eine einfache Mail hätte gereicht und alles währe reibungslos gelaufen.

The watch is beautiful and in great condition as described, but the images in the photos and tags in the post show an original AP box. The watch arrived in a small, cheap, transparent plastic box with styrofoam padding.

Etliche Angaben in der Beschreibung der Uhr waren falsch oder unplausibel. Die Angaben in den "Originalapieren" entsprachen nicht den Tatsachen. Weder in Bezug auf Verkaufsdatum noch zu dem Rolex Händler. Die Komunikation war trotzdem freundlich. Der Kauf wurde Rückabgewickelt. Der Händler hat die uhr auf seine Kosten wieder abholen lassen, war also um Schadensbegrenzung bemüht.

Am not going to buy from this seller again because I bought a watch that does not fit me. A ask him polite to find a solution about it and he said to me if you don't like it send it back, what a answer from a seller, and then I say to him politely to pay fifty - fifty the link for the bracelet and he told me that, he has no win from this watch and he can't afford it, the think is that in his page he sold it for 7300 and a I bought it for 7700 with transport. What a joke, some people they think are clever, so sorry but if you people buy from him be very careful.

The watch has been sold exactly as in the description and cheaper then the market price. The watch had enough links and If you need extra links it is actually not our problem and we offered you to cover all the shipping costs if you are not happy.

Das Produkt, die Verpackung und der Preis waren super. Die Kommunikation und Versanddauer jedoch waren unterirdisch. Man sollte meinen, dass man bei einer Uhr für knapp 5000 Euro wenigstens vollständige Sätze und eine höfliche Kommunikation erhält. Stattdessen war die Kommunikation auf ebay Kleinanzeigen Niveau. Auch der Versand wurde mehrfach verschoben. Trotzdem bin ich zufrieden und wünsche Ihnen alles Gute!

Band wurde mit einem Schraubendreher oder ähnlichem Werkzeug nicht Fachgerecht ein oder ausgebaut. Dass hat am Band und der Unterseite der Hörner Kratzer und Beschädigungen hinterlassen. War auf den Bildern leider nicht Dokumentiert.

Der Verkäufer meldete sich zeitnah und teilte mir mir, dass die Uhr bereits reserviert sei. Tja, was soll ich dazu sagen ... wirkt unprofessionell, wenn ein nicht verfügbarer Artikel online angeboten wird und man durch den automatisierten Chrono24-Kaufprozess inkl. Bezahl-Aufforderung geleitet wird. Gut, dass ich noch nicht überwiesen hatte. Dafür gibts leider NULL STERNE. Die drei Sterne oben beziehen sich ausschließlich auf die schnelle Kommunikation.

The watch was listed as being in mint condition. The listing included assurances to first time buyers, which I was, that the piece had been thoroughly inspected and is guaranteed for a year. I wore the watch three times and it has completely stopped working. Upon contacting dealer in Austria via the chrono24 email I’ve been told the battery is probably low and to change it. That is not something I’ll attempt to do myself & will need to find a jewelry shop that will service a Cartier watch. Undoubtedly, they will charge for their time and, if needed, a new battery. I’m surprised & disappointed that replacing a watch battery was not done before listing a time piece in mint condition, adding assurances to buyers in the write up, and then shipping overseas. I’ll be happy to change or update this review once I’ve been able to have an expert view the watch.

Die Beschreibung der Uhr passte nicht zum tatsächlichen Zustand. Es wurde angegeben das die Uhr wie neu ist. Es war ein großer Katzer in der Schließe sowie mehrere kleine Kratzer im Gehäuse daher keine gute Bewertung von mir und Vorsicht bei diesem Händler !

Sie haben eine wunderschöne Uhr von 2019 mit full set und bestes Preis weltweit bekommen und sie sind noch immer nicht zufrieden??? Die Uhr hatte kleine Kratzer und das ist normal (sie haben keine neue Uhr gekauft!!!) Sie können nächstes mal eine neue Uhr kaufen um vielleicht zufrieden zu sein.

Hi, my valuation is not good because of the following: 1. I asked information about the model and dates and I received vague answer specially respect to the year of production 2. the watch was described as like new but it doesn't - the watch case is very good BUT the strap is in very very bad condition (also by hygienic point of view) so I'm not wearing the watch and buying a new strap so taking in count the cost of a new strap I could have bought a NEW watch with documents from other seller In summary I never would have bought the watch if the photos had shown the REAL watch conditions

Des points positifs : prix très correct et possibilité petite négo (5%) . Par contre : 50 messages échangés entre le 1/04 (lors d'un achat précédent), le 17/04 (paiement réglé avant les fêtes de Pâques) et le 30/04 (date de la livraison assurée pour 500 € pour un achat de 6650 €) ...et il manque toujours à l'envoi la notice d'utilisation de la Breguet ... Pas possible dans ce cas de donner une bonne évaluation malgré la demande du vendeur dans un de ses messages

Watch was sold complete set and came in the generic box. They forgot to inform me, that they had broken the original box. I almost got heart attack. I contacted the dealer and after that communication was fast. They ordered new original box and deliver it later.

Bad information given on the watch by phone before the order. Regarding the description of the watch, it had many scratches, altough light, while the description presented it in very good condition. I was disappointed because the watch didn't meet my expectations so I asked for the return. Although the professional was mistaken, he refused to cover the return cost.
