Sale was cancelled as there was a mistake in the item description - I called the dealer to get the correct information prior to making payment and that is when I descovered the mistake and the transaction was cancelled. Dealer was friendly on the phone but communication was slow.

The watch was advertised as being complete with paperwork but the certificate of authenticity was missing. More worryingly I had to educate the dealer with regards to this, despite the empty slot in the document wallet for the missing item.

Thank you for the feedback - I don't mind being educated and love to learn new stuff for anything about watches. But to be fair about the situation here - In our photos we do try to show what is coming with the watch in the best possible manner and if the buyer was that interested about the certificate and not for an additional discount - he could have asked for more photos beforehand. We sell hundreds of watches and it simply is not realistic to know what all the certificates look like and what Oris and others put in their documents slips. Also once we knew about the issue - I believe we handled the problem more than fair. We arranged to have the watch back at our expense and without any delays issued a full refund. Shipping was overnight with DHL Express in both directions.
