J'ai perdu du temps. Lorsque j'ai fait le versement pour obtenir la montre j'ai attendu jusqu'à la date maximale de livraison. Lorsque je n'ai rien reçu j'ai contacté le support de chrono24 ainsi que le livreur. En fait le revendeur ne possèdait même pas la montre. Néanmoins j'ai été remboursé rapidement et de l'entièreté de la somme. Je ne dirais pas que je suis fâché mais je ne suis néanmoins pas satisfait.

Boite (surcondionnement carton siglé Longines) reçu abîmée (coups et traces de cutter). Aucun geste de la part du vendeur qui trouve cela normal et qui dit que ça peut arriver... (sauf si on utilise les emballages et les solutions de protection adéquates). Bref déçu sur ce point.

Ce que vous appelez "endommagé" n'est qu'une petite ride dans le coin du carton. C'est ainsi que nous le recevons plusieurs fois de l'usine. Ce type de petits défauts est presque inévitable à plusieurs reprises de la part des coursiers. Nous utilisons toujours le même système d'emballage et le colis arrive toujours en parfait état.

What went well, first: The watch and its shipping. But the ad was about an original box for a "Longines Heritage Military 1938" model. I was sent the good watch, in a totally different Longines box. The seller said they mixed them up. But it is written in it, on a metal plate "Longines Skin Diver", how can you mix them up?

The dealer did not ship the watch as was meant to be leading to the order being cancelled. They should have checked this before agreeing on the deal.

We sorry but we have sent many shipments to Hong Kong without problem and this is the first time we knew by the courier that the new orders from the China government says is forbidden to send any goods of jewellery or watches to Hong Kong or any part of China. It was not our fault.

You have forgotten to value our professionalism and honesty in noting that the watch had a manufacturing defect before sending it to you. We do this control with all our clients to ensure that they receive the product in perfect condition. We gave you the option to order another unit from the factory that you declined. I would not like to have you as a customer again.

Correcto ✔ todo bien… única pega transportista MRW tardó 5 días en entregar dentro del mismo estado. Adquirí otros productos en la Unión Europea DHL y servicio en 24-48 horas… muchísimo mejor.
