Regarding the shipment: when Chrono24 it received the payment on the customer guarantee account, Tuesday 26 January at around 4.15 pm - when the couriers already were closed for parcel collection - has authorized our shop to ship the watch to Mr. Fabian. Wednesday 27th January, we immediately sent the watch to Mr. Fabian, who received regularly the day after, Thursday 28 January at 12.00 around in the morning, and comunicated to us "Hello, i just received the watch and it is very beautiful". Regarding the description of the watch: in all the announcements of our watches all the technical characteristics are specified and all the photographs show it in every detail, as is also apparent from the Trusted Checkout Certificate stored by Chrono24. Regarding the communication: we always immediately answered all the questions of the customer, who wrote us at least 10 emails before buying the watch. We denied to Mr. Fabian from him first email a discount of euro 500/600, who then demanded once again when he received the watch in his hands ..... and perhaps this is the only reason he gave a low feedback to our shop. Anyway, we always thank Mr. Fabian for the trust he has placed in to our shop.

Nothing to say of our client, very correct, maybe just a little too fussy. We think - with all your due respect - that he turned to an incompetent who did not know better explain to him the typology of a watch that is over 60 years old of life, moreover saying also big nonsense about the parts - original Rolex - of his watch.
