L'orologio non è arrivato con le condizioni espresse dal venditore, ovvero non aveva scatola e documenti originali, Nel dubbio che potesse essere un clone ho restituito l'orologio.

Dealer was quite slow to communicate. Around five days after purchasing I had to query why it hadn’t been shipped. At least they were honest at that point and told me they’d found it had been scratched. I would have preferred quicker communication.

Sending by UPS was a disaster, disorganised, misinformation, conflicting information, overcharged with additional incorrect costs, that has to be corrected afterwards, that will cost a lot of time and effort , the utmost unprofessional dilevery company I ever experienced in my life! This was my first and it will be also my last experience with UPS, never again I will use their services The package with the watch send by TWC was perfect!

Я оплатила заказ, дилер подтвердил наличие и отличное состояние, потом началась переписка, ой сегодня мы не отправим, ой там царапина, мы закажем новые, ой новые мы не можем заказать, можем отправить с царапиной, можем сделать скидку, нужно ещё пчть дней, отправим состояние отличное все работает, ой не можем отправить там при осмотре ещё и заводная корона сломана, короче заказ отменён, жду возврата денег

Seller definitely serious (I did not go through with the purchase). But very very rigid (responses to requests are consistently negative... which does not leave a topissime impression.) Apart from this, responds very quickly (but always negatively!) Vendeur certainement sérieux (je ne suis pas allé au bout de l’achat). Mais très très rigide (les réponses aux demandes sont systématiquement négative... ce qui ne laisse pas une impression topissime.) Mis à part ceci, répond très rapidement (mais toujours négativement!)

The watch was already paid for, the package was on the brink of being sent. Last minute my order was cancelled because the watch was found to be malfunctioning. Outside of this unfortunate news the communication was good, but I am still disappointed that the malfunctions were found so late.
