Die Uhr war nicht besonders gut beschrieben. Auch wurde die Uhr als nur mit Papieren verkauft aber bei der Lieferung war dann die Innere Box dabei. Sehr guter gebrauchter Zustand, wenige Gebrauchsspuren vorhanden. Stand im Inserat dabei war die Uhr einfach schlecht aufgearbeitet. Auch hatte dass Glass eine Macke. Eine bessere Beschreibung ist empfehlenswert.

I purchased a JLC Master Geographic from this dealer. The delivery was very fast (2 days in the EU). The item description was insufficient in my opinion as the pictures were not descriptive of the condition of the item and the box. Having said that, the condition of the timepiece itself was immaculate even better that the pictures illustrated. The packaging is among the best I have seen. Very personalized and it is clear that the watch has passed a great deal of QC. However, I believe that the box is not the original JLC box that came with my watch. As this is not a usual timepiece in the trade, I don’t think the dealer knew about this. I raised the issue with them and they said that they would have other watch dealers’ opinion on the matter. Unfortunately, a month has passed and there has been no update from the dealer. I will put a link to the pictures of the box so you can make a judgment yourself. I would also appreciate it if JLC owners could give me their opinion on the box. My only complain is the fact that they have not responded to my concern yet. Hence, I think that the communication is among the worst in business. Very time consuming and in only in German. Furthermore, upon calling it goes to a German-speaking automated line. With all that said, I still believe that the dealer is of respect. Their timepieces come with a two-year guarantee. So I can take the box to JLC once the lockdown ends. From there, if it is indeed a fake, I will contact the dealer once again. Since we can't look at the box again, because we have already delivered the product. We can not rejudge or make a statement about the box condition or originality. The only option you have is to go to a near by Jaeger-LeCoultre dealer and ask them to authenticate the box. Sadly we receive a great amount of requests/e-mails and other forms of contact, hence the delayed replies. We also are a german company, therefore our knowledge and level of english only goes so far. However there is a translator funktion that chrono-24 offers that adequately translates the languages to your domain settings. Regarding the automated line when you call us it is there because we have several departments in our company and it is there to filter the clients to the right department. If you weren't sure what to dial, it would have been possible to speak to any of our colleagues. They then would have transferred you to a english speaking colleague or would have tried to help you to their best capability. If you are happy with the product then you may send us the product back so that you do not have the inconvenience and insecurity anymore. We hope this has answered your questions and concerns.

Bewertung für uns nicht verständlich. Kunde hat die Uhr bestellt, nach Eingang der Zahlung innerhalb von zwei tagen ausgeliefert. Ko mmunikation gab es kaum da die Sachlage klar war, wenn keine fragen gestellt werden können wir auch keine beantworten! Verpackung kann auch nicht schlecht gewesen sein da wir alles ordnungsgemäß sicher und gut verpackt versendet haben. Sollte es Beschädigungen an der Verpackung selbst gegeben haben, hätten sie dies mitteilen müssen. Für den Lieferservice können wir leider nichts. Sollte die Uhr nicht mehr ihren Erwartungen entsprechen können sie auch die Uhr gerne zurück senden und sie bekommen eine Gutschrift aber sollte das der Fall sein fehlt ihrerseits die Kommunkation mit uns!

The seller is reliable and communicative. I paid for a watch that was already sold locally so, despite being happy of a smooth money return, I’m disappointed by not having finalized the deal. They should not have been this disorganized. I hope this comment will help bettering their otherwise trustable service.

Leider überschneiden sich manchmal die Geschäfte wir können leider keinen Einfluss darauf nehmen wie und wann Abwicklungen abgeschlossen werden. Wir betreiben leider nicht nur einen Onlinehandel sondern auch einen Onlinehandel da gibt es leider Überschneidungen.

J'ai montré la montre au spécialiste bordelais ( bijouterie Mornier ) qui fait la marque Breitling entre autre marque qui à conclu que le compte à rebours ainsi que l'heure analogique ne fonctionnent pas. Que proposez-vous ?

Bei der Prüfung durch unseren Uhrmacher hat die Uhr einwandfrei funktioniert und auch alle Funktionen haben geklappt. Was genau funktioniert denn daran nicht? Es handelt sich ja um ein Quarz Modell. Daher wundert es uns. Sie können die Uhr gerne an uns zurück senden, damit wir den Fehler beheben können. Liebe Grüße aus Koblenz

Leider wurde in der Beschreibung nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass die Anti-Reflex-Beschichtung (Entspiegelung) auf dem Saphirglas total zerkratzt ist. Auf den eingestellten Bildern war es nicht ersichtlich. Ich machte die Fa. Stephan Hermann GmbH auf diesen Umstand aufmerksam. Bis heute habe ich keine Nachricht dazu erhalten.
