Agradecemos a Chrono24 pela publicacao da avaliacao do comprador.Abastecemos o com todas as informacoes e imagens do referido relogio (Chopard Mille Miglia chrono automatico inicio dos anos 2000) e apos negociacao concedemos um otimo desconto. Apos a compra comecaram as solicitacoes de valores extras para troca de pulseira(Pulseira que incluia o relogio original Chopard Mille Miglia Borracha e estava impecavel). Como nao tinhamos mais margens, sugerimos a devolucao do relogio, porem, o insistiu em permanecer com o mesmo e para agracia-lo oferecemos uma pulseira extra original Chopard Mille Miglia em couro e o comprador nao aceitou e insistia em receber o valor referente ao custo de uma pulseira cujo valor ele nos apresentou com um custo 50% acima da Boutique Chopard ficando evidenciada a sua intensao. A Chrono24 interviu e verificou a infundada requisicao e outras que vieram em seguida por parte do comprador

Lackluster and disappointing experience: responsive and accommodating seller BUT the watch was not as described. In addition to not having the right bracelet and box, significant scratches were noted on the case and the lugs (while the condition was indicated as very good). moreover, once the watch received, I start the chrono and the chrono hand does not go back to 12 but to 2... amazing for a watch that has been "checked and revised" by their experts. Finally, after many exchanges and the intervention of chrono 24, we found a financial arrangement that will allow me to restore the watch.
