paid on 9/5, the watch was said to be shipped on 17/5 but the tracking showed that it was collected on 20/5 and received on 25/5…so its been nearly a month after payment… not a very pleasant transaction but the watch looks exactly like the picture.

Once again we apologize for the delay in the shipping. Unfortunately, shipping to HK is not always the quickest and we can not control the exact timing when it would've arrived, it really is simply out of our control. You still received the watch after two weeks which is exactly the time we estimated you will receive it from the start. But then again, you got a beautiful watch as promised for an exquisite price, so it seems like you got a really good deal. Shame we received such a review but anyhow, enjoy the watch.

Der Artikel war in einem sehr guten Zustand, wie beschrieben. Leider gab es eine kleine Beanstandung am Armband. Die Kommunikation vor dem Kauf mit dem Händler funktionierte, nach dem Kauf reagierte der Händler nichtmehr. Sehr gute Vermittlung dann von Chrono24, dadurch wurde der Vorgang gerettet.

Die Uhr wurde als „mint“ verkauft. Eine Einstellung der Uhr war aber unmöglich, da sich die Krone mit normalem „Kraftaufwand“ nicht herausziehen ließ. Ein lokaler Uhrmacher diagnostizierte daraufhin einen „Wasserschaden“, der auf Nachfrage beim Verkäufer von diesem auch bestätigt wurde. Auch wenn der Schaden gemäß Verkäufer repariert wurde, kann ein Zusammenhang zwischen dem Schaden und der Schwergängigkeit daher nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Nach erfolgter Rücksendung wurde der Kaufpreis aber anstandslos und sofort erstattet.

It's unfortunate what you are saying, the watch is working perfectly and is in a mint state, considering the age of the watch more the 25 years its quite normal that it's not like new, The crown indeed was slightly stronger than the normal case but it has no effect on the watch its self. We have called you on the phone and directly agreed to take the watch back or to try to find any solution that will make you happy. Anyhow, we wish you all the best. although your bad reviewe

We agreed on a good price, the watch was sent quickly and well. However, the watch turned out to be without extra links, the bracelet therefore was way to short, this was not stated in the item description. So decided to return the watch. From that moment on, communication unfortunately became difficult and unfriendly. Salesperson was rude and the horn was thrown in the middle of the conversation. All in all a disappointing experience.

Sir, you told us since the start that the watch has not enough links and we immediately offered you to send you more links within 1-2 weeks. After you told us it is too long and you do not want to wait 1-2 weeks, and you offered us that you can buy it somewhere else. We offered you a discount so that you will buy these links and wired you the agreed proposal. After a few days, you call us and tell us that you want to cancel the deal and then you act shocked because we said that it's not correct the way you act after we tried all to help you and get you satisfied!!!! ANYHOW, after all that, we even agreed to return the watch and refund you the complete amount, and we still receive a bad review. Humoring... Would never sell you another watch again, a very bad experience with this kind of jumpy behavior. Good luck in your next purchase.

je suis plutôt satisfait dans l 'ensemble. Les photos ne montraient que les belles parties et ne montraient pas le bracelet qui était complètement pourris ( même si le vendeur m 'avait prévenu qu'il était a changer ) . L 'ensemble est complet , comme prévu .Mais le coffret a été emballé dans son état de stockage , sans un coup de chiffon pour enlever la poussière, dommage ! Par contre expédition super rapide . Pour résumer ; content de mon achat , mais petits détails a améliorer .

Quite disappointed. Price was high but I receive the watch without the green Rolex card holder nor the instruction manual. Quite unfair !

If there was a problem you could say so, you did not talk to us, you did not communicate, we gave you a fully stickered watch for a very good price and you have a complaint of a Rolex card holder.. If you would say that was missing we would've sent it directly as we told you before. And when we ask you what the problem is you just leave a bad review without saying one word. Watch was delivered to you after 1 day and you still have complaints. Why make drama for a 15 euro booklet..
