Other sellers for this particular watch give the sizes 1mm smaller and 1mm bigger ones. When we measure the watch we round the size so i.e. if it is 32,5mm we can mark as 33 mm or if 33,7 mm we can mark as 34 mm. The Buyer has never contacted us saying about the problem but he published straight away a negative comment. We were trying to contact the Customer to offer him a discount or discounted service in the future when the time comes but he has never come back to us. He also had the right to return the item within 14 days in the same immaculate condition but he never did so we find the feedback unfair and dishonest. Thank you.

We always describe exactly what we have along with the watch and we always show this what we have in the pictures. It is not our fault the buyer did not study the listing info properly. If we don't have a price tag from the very first sale - we don't show it in the pictures, if no book - we don't show it - if no extra strap or no paper bag from the very first sale - that means we don't have it and this cannot be expected in the parcel.
