Ricevuto l' articolo ordinato dopo 2 spedizioni. La prima arrivata dopo 1 mese e rientrata al mittente perche' utilizzata la posta per spedire e non trovandomi in casa per la consegna e' stata rispedita indietro. La seconda spedizione arrivata dopo circa 1 settimana con corriere espresso.

My package was inadvertently sent by seller to the wrong address (to billing instead snipping address - two different continents!). They could not find a satisfactory solution so I ended up compromising and I will go get in the summer!).

Forhandler har efter forespørgsel direkte givet forkert besked om varens anvendelse. Kunne IKKE anvendes til mit ur. Forhandler lover at måle urrem, hvilket IKKE sker, men sender varen. Jeg har IKKE fortrudt købet og vil derfor have refunderet omkostninger for tilbagesendelse.. Beløb 298 DDK.

bonjour, oui, l'article diffère de la description, (photo) j'ai commandé une boucle couleur or et celle que j'ai reçue est couleur acier. je ne peux donc l'utiliser pour ma montre en or. Tèes déçue de ce contretemps. bien à vous clocloud

Zuerst wurde ein falsches Produkt zugesendet. Danach wurde die Rückabwicklung getätigt, die durch DHL verzögert wurde. Soweit nicht weiter problematisch. Nachdem dann aber das korrekte Armband auf meine Kosten nochmals bestellt und das falsche Produkt zurückgeschickt wurde, dauerte alles recht lang und ich musste mehrfach nachhaken. Generell passierte nichts, ohne dass ich nicht noch ein- oder mehrmals nachfragen musste. Das ist ärgerlich, zumal ich bereits einmal positive Erfahrungen mit dem Händler gemacht habe. Meine Kritik bezieht sich somit lediglich auf Organisation und Kommunikation, das Produkt ist in Ordnung.

Things could be improved but in the end everything worked fine (thanks to my attention). I had to check to see if they refunded me and after 2 months they still hadn't. Eventually, when I raised the issue, they finally did.

Zuerst einmal war der Händler nicht in der Lage, die Ware an die korrekte Adresse zu senden. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Dann erhalte ich einen schmutzigen Artikel. Eklig! Habt Ihr keine Ultraschall -Maschine, wo man eine Schliesse kurz reinigen kann? Nicht empfehlenswert, sorry!

Explizit gefragt ob das Ersatzglied für das Modell passt, dies wurde vom Händler bestätigt. Als das Ersatzglied eingebaut wurde, kam die Überraschung - Es hat nicht gepasst.

Sent the wrong item with the intention of selling another one. Asked if I accept it and will give me a discount. Told me that the original item is out of stock that’s why he sent me a different one. Not very honest. Spent time and money for the return. I have to follow up the refund after 2 weeks of him receiving the retuned item. Total waste of time and money. Beware of this seller.

Die Schließe zeigte zu meinem Bedauern im Zustand wenig Übereinstimmung mit den Bildern. Rückabwicklung hat reibungslos funktioniert.

The Communication with the Dealer was good upfront. I made sure they understood the watch bracelet links needed to be 14mm which was as advertised. They said they understood and then sent the wrong size, 12mm. This was overseas shipping that took two weeks. I explained when received it was the wrong size and they said to send them back to a USA contact. I shipped them back and they acknowledged receiving. They said they sent me the correct size with tracking, but after 3 weeks I asked for tracking and they said they never sent and gave me a refund. I did not give them excellent marks because they sent the wrong size even after acknowledging the correct size needed. They also were not forthcoming about not having the correct size and only refunded the money after I asked them if the correct item was sent. A waste of time.
