Chrono24 war super hilfreich und wirklich schnell in der Problembehandlung, der Händler verschickte jedoch wissentlich das falsche Produkt. Eine Lösung wurde gefunden jedoch ohne Zutun des Händlers.

Bitte entschuldigen Sie vielmals, dass wir Ihre Anfrage nach einem zusätzlichen Lederband während unseres diesjährigen Betriebsurlaubs - angezeigt in allen Angeboten und E-Mails - nicht innerhalb von 24 Stunden, wie üblich, sondern erst nach 2 Tagen beantwortet haben. Eine ausgeglichenere Bewertung wäre in diesem Zusammenhang durchaus wünschenswert. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Beachtung.

The clock was fine but the box was placed in a paper bin by the dealer, which is not a nice thing as the photos have a normal wooden box and no paper bin. That's why I'm disappointed! in Hungarian: Az óra az rendben volt de a doboz helyet egy papírskatulyában küldte el az órát a kereskedő ami nem szép dolog mivel a fotókon normális fadoboz és nem papírskatulya szerepel. Ezért csalódott vagyok!

May I politely ask what exactly didn't suit you? We sent the parcel to Denmark *on the same day* when we released it from Chrono24 for shipment. The delivery took place 3 days later via DHL EU PREMIUM parcel. Why do you only give three (instead of five) stars? You also enter 3 stars for the description. Our photographer took 10 excellent pictures of the watch. We have done the description as accurate as possible. What exactly didn't you like? Furthermore it would be desirable that you maybe contact us briefly if something does not suit you, and do not evaluate us prematurely so unfairly. Thank you very much.

Jeg modtog desværre et defeckt ur, og kommunikation med forhandleren var ikke så god. Jeg fik af vide uret var kontrolleret inde der var sendt. Det tyder ikke på at være blevet kontrolleret

Es war keine orginal Box wie in der Beschreibung ausdrücklich geschrieben! Was mich auch sehr verärgert hat. Da mir das auch extra im Mailverkehr mitgeteilt wurde. Die Rücksprache und Rückgabe mit Geldüberweißung war ohne Probleme! Eine bitte an Chrono24, den Status bei Rückgabe vielleicht mitteilen. (Einspruch usw.)

The warranty certificate was not filled out when the watch was received. I took contact to the seller who asked me to return the empty warranty card to the shop as a recommended post promising to refund me the cost involved. The warranty card together with the receipts from the post authorities for the cost sending the card as recommended post was forwarded to the seller who - despite I did exactly as he ordered - not yet has refunded my costs . . . . well I survive, but find this a good reason to warn you and future customers about this seller!!! Montre bien reçus mais, Je suis toujours en attente de la facture de la montre.

Das Armband variierte in dem braunen Ton über dessen Länge. Dies sei vom Hersteller gewollt hieß es vom Verkäufer. Das Logo am Armband war leider etwas beschädigt. Abgesehen von dem Armband ist die Uhr aber in einem guten, und den Bildern entsprechenden Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer funktionierte gut!
