Achat de cette montre. Le vendeur me confirme avoir envoyé la montre. Rien n’arrivait. Je l’ai recontacté et j’ai déclaré le problème avec Chrono24. Le vendeur prétend avoir reçu la mauvaise montre. Il me signale qu’il m’a mis un petit cadeau de compensation dans le colis. Rien du tout. Désolant.

Die Abbildung passte leider farblich gar nicht zur Uhr ein Foto vom Original wäre besser um die Uhr besser vor dem Kauf beurteilen zu können so habe ich diese zurückgeschickt weil mir der Farbton vom Armband und Zifferblatt nicht gefiel. Rückgabe war aber kein Problem, ich musste nur den Karton austauschen da dieser eigentlich zu knapp bemessen war und ein Risiko beim Versand dargestellt hat. Der gesamte Ablauf war aber sehr einfach, schnell und unkompliziert.

Watch came with dented case. Asked for exchange by mail and was promised swift return. Not heard for more than a week. Hard to communicate, practically not reachable by phone and slow on e Mail. Also not using e Mail i was using to response. Overall seems like too much orders before Christmas. At the end cancelled the order and was waiting for my refund money also more than a week. In sum: started with a dented case, culmunated in slow response overall ending in a non happy customer.

Dealer was great to deal with but there was some debate about the charged "tax" of 8.92% they told me it had to do with "shipping to the interior of the united states" ... I could not reconcile their charged tax to any jurisdiction in which I live, so we did not complete the deal. The dealer was very responsive and if not for the tax situation, I would have moved forward with the watch purchase from this dealer.

Delivery was a problem due to UK Customs. Was eventually sent back to dealer hence why middle of the road for the item description. The communication was pretty poor, they didn’t seem to be that bothered at how long the process was taking, I was always having to chase them up to see what the updates were.

All that ends well is basically well but two comments: (1) they didn't contact me when it became clear that the schedule will not keep (more than 1 months delay) and (2) they used the "poor man's version" of DHL service which means that the last leg is carried by a local post operator and the parcel is put to a pick up -box instead of home delivery. But I have to add that the price was fair and the watch is exactly what they promised so no hard feelings.

Delivery was taking quite long, I was initially informed to expect this but there were no further updates as the supposed ship date approached, so I cancelled and ordered the watch from a different dealer.

Der bestellte Artikel ist auf dem Weg zu mir verloren gegangen. Um die Tatsache festzustellen hat man über einen Monat gebraucht. Der erneut bestellte Artikel wurde nach zwei Wochen wieder nicht zugestellt. Der beim dritten Versuch bestellte Ersatzartikel kam schnell an, sieht aber nicht so gut aus wie der gewünschte:(

My order was pushed back by one month twice. I know supply chain is bad right now but communication to cancel order could have been better.

over 6 months wait from payment to received the watch ,very different with the product availability shown when order was placed,sure covid related disruptions should be taken into account,but the communications was bad ,they once promise me when they receive the one and only watch that's coming is for me, but it turns out is for another customer,so I need to wait another few weeks for mine,and I will spare you guys for what the GOODIES they sent me for waiting so long for my watch!

Verdiğim ölçülerde gelmedi , en kötüsü kasaya takilan üç kısımları dolgun olmalıydı, bu şekilde oradaki kalın mesafeyi kapatmıyor ve görüntü çok kötü….?

Large scratch on the clasp and hairline on case of the new watch i bought. Despite attempts to contact seller about it heard nothing back until several weeks, and then no real compensation was offered.

7 weeks to arrive in UK. Package ordered from Netherlands 4 days. Glad it was just a €100 strap and not a luxury watch!
