Dealer initially replied in a short amount of time, communication was fine. However the watch was not shipped within the predicted timespan. Two weeks after the dealer was supposed to receive the watch from their supplier, i inquired for an update on the situation, to which i got no reply. Received a full refund from Chrono24 support.

Rendes eladó, általában mindig gyorsan válaszolt, ellenben a szállítási határidőt nem tudta betartani ( több mint 1 hónap), folyamatosan húzta az időt, míg végül visszamondtam az órát!

Il a répété plusieurs fois qu'il était professionnel, Une fois ouvert la boîte la montre ne fonctionnait pas, je suis allé faire changer la pile plus l'étanchéité chez un professionnel. Ox3 Au lieu de me faire un geste commercial il m'a dit qu'il va me poursuivre en justice ? pour une pile. Sinon merci à l'équipe chrono24, ?

Acquista; paga poche decine di euro per un pezzo; poi a spedizione avvenuta apre disputa per pacco non arrivato e pretende il rimborso. A consegna avvenuta (di cui a lui non risultava) ma dal traking tutto regolare apre seconda disputa per orologio non funzionate chiedendo un rimborso di 40 euro per una batteria. Segnalato a Chrono24 di cui sono interventui loro, e cliente segnalato....

Bought and paid for my watch on November 14, 2020. It was promised to be delivered between December 02 and December 12. Just perfect as it was the Christmas present for my girl.... After many emails between myself and the dealer, the watch arrived until January 13, 2021.... Of course on every email, this dealer blamed the COVID19... but we’re never be able to provide me with a tracking number. So I just waited until the parcel arrived a little bit too late.... Do not trust this dealer.

Il suo pacco era monitorato. Le abbiamo sempre comunicato situazione dello stato di spedizione. Il suo pacco era in Canada alla dogana dal giorno 26 Novembre come risulta da traking. Deve prendersela con i suoi uffici doganali, noi rispondiamo del prodotto non dei ritardi dovuti ai controlli doganali ad oggi causa COVID19 molto più severi. Al momento in fatti non facciamo più spedizioni alla sua Nazione. Grazie
