Buyer's comment:
The external white cardboard Rolex box was dirty. Then, the shock: the “New” Rolex Seadweller was scratched in the Escape Valve and around it!. The seller said I would anyway scratch the watch from the moment I put it on, that I was just looking for the “hair in the egg” and that if I wanted a perfect watch I should buy it in the oficial distributor. In the end they insulted (called me “idiot”) and said I could return the watch but “advicing me” not to use it. Just unbelievable, no comments as their words say it all. In the end I decided to keep the watch because returning it would cost me more than polishing the affected side of the case (of course, they never offered to pay the return as a proper professional would have done). Finally, after requesting twice the invoice, as they didn´t answer me I told Chrono24 and, after their nice involvement, the seller sent a bad quality picture of the invoice!. They have ruined the experience of buying my first Rolex at 2,000 euros above its price in an oficial distributor, where it´s imposible to find or get in a waiting list. Horrible seller, horrible experience.
