The watch arrived fully functional in excellent condition at the best price out there by far for a complete Navitimer. The buyer confirmed the condition was excellent and everything was as described. I will admit with full transparency that the date changed later than 12, and that had slipped passed me which was the “issue” at hand. Upon being made aware, I immediately offered to send to my watchmaker or proceed with a return. The gentleman decided to return the watch, of which I did not hesitate to take care of as I am a very understanding seller. The return process was quick, I answered the seller’s calls at 10 PM and was in constant quick communication to make sure there was zero hassle. I went above and beyond to make sure all was well. This was my first return out of over 300 transactions, and I believe it was handled appropriately. The watch could have had the part replaced as well free of charge (including shipping) if the buyer had desired. I work to be one of the most transparent sellers out there with provided great photos, accurate descriptions, excellent pricing, and fantastic customer service!
