Im Dezember bezahlte Uhr wurde erst nach Einschaltung von chrono24 nach 5 Monaten versendet. Nach Beschreibung sollte es eine AUTOMATIK sein. Es war eine QUARZ Uhr. Was für ein Uhrenhändler der "Quarz" nicht von einer "Automatik" unterscheiden kann.... Der Händler hat zu keinem Zeitpunkt direkt geantwortet.....Dies war kein Corona Problem.

I hesitated before writing this review because EVERYBODY makes mistakes but I want others to be aware of my experience. I had a lot of angst before pulling the trigger on buying my first used mid-luxury watch online and my personal experience now gives me little confidence going forward. Here is what happened: I found the watch I wanted from this seller, read the specs about 20 times, googled the seller, read the other reviews of the seller and then ultimately made the purchase. It took 3 days to hear that the seller approved the sale and I immediately made the payment to escrow. One day later, I received notification that the watch shipped and then minutes later, got another message from the seller saying that the watch that was listed is not actually the watch they have. I wanted the automatic version and that's what they listed but in actuality, they had the quartz version. They asked if I wanted it and I said no. The order was cancelled and I already received the refund from Chrono. I am thankful for the escrow process and kudos to Chrono. Coins of Lynbrook was a Professional Dealer with a 4.71 rating and 84 reviews at the time of purchase. This could have been an intern mistake but it should have been reviewed and approved before listing for a seller that wants to be taken seriously and hang their hat on their reputation for selling online.

Poor communication. Very spaced out. When completed purchase then sent final pictures of watch and it was all damaged. Luckily I was able to call customer support and cancel order before shipping.
