The cartier watch that I bought has papers but the original document does not have the authorized dealer stamp, it looks that the stamp was removed This should be mentioned in the watch information

Die Uhr kam nie bei mir an. Sie blieb am Zoll hängen, weil der Händler angeblich das Paket nicht korrekt deklariert hatte. Der Händler hat mich darauf hin immer nur hingehalten. Schliesslich wurde die Uhr durch Fedex zurück geschickt. Ich musste selbst mehrfach bei Fedex nachfragen, wo die Uhr geblieben ist. Vom Händler kam so gut wie nichts und auch Chrono24 war keine grosse Hilfe. Mein Geld habe ich nach über zwei Monaten immer noch nicht zurück und Chrono24 hat einer Rückerstattung auch erst zugestimmt, nachdem ich nachweisen konnte, dass das Paket wieder beim Händler angekommen ist und ich mit dem Anwalt gedroht habe. Alles in allem ein sehr unerfreuliches Erlebnis! Ob die Uhr mit dem beschriebenen Zustand übereinstimmt, kann ich daher leider nicht bewerten und habe drei Sterne vergeben.

You’ve got us fired up. First you complain about the watch being a women’s watch when in reality this is a men’s watch and it was listed as such with sizing etc. Now you’re saying there was water damage in the dial when pictures clearly pointed out water damage. We literally had close-up shots of the dial in the listing pointing out damage. You tried to rob us, you took this to Chrono24 and gave up when they couldn’t help you any further because they knew what was happening. To any future potential buyers, don’t be this lady who doesn’t know what she bought. Before you spend thousands on an item, double check the listing. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns. It really is not cool to make up scenarios to get money out of us and it’s happened multiple times in the past- this one was just prolonging. Anyways, thank you for your interest in Cavalieri J&W!

The sale picture is different from the actual product received. The sale picture has a beautification effect, which makes the buyer make the wrong choice. After the negotiation, the dealer can only get back the polishing fee for one fifth and the other one fifth is provided by Chrono24 and Thank you Chnoro 24 mediating for me.

Buyer Beware!! A watch is only as good as the company you buy from. Expected a good serviced watch to run for a good while but ran for only a few days and stopped (automatic - had no power reserve, ran only when worn, and ran slow). Asked a watch repair shop and he said it would need serviced and the crown problem would be more, wouldn’t know till he worked on it. Service alone would be $250. Needed this service to get watch running correctly. Initially was going to send back but asked for compensation instead and was told yes by the seller but got no compensation and all his communication immediately ceased. Read the reviews, but never thought I would have a problem, but now I wish I had paid more and went with a higher quality company, someone who stands behind their word.

Cavalieri sold me a non-working watch. They then took back to watch to fix, was unable to fix it, and returned it in worst condition than it was before. I would not recommend unless you price in servicing the watch when you purchase. I personally did not feel they had adequate service after the purchase of the watch.

De prijs van het horloge was redelijk bij goed functioneren. Helaas, de staat van het uurwerk voldeed niet aan minimum vereisten, het liep achter en stond na 18 uur stil, een horloge van deze kwaliteit en prijs onwaardig. Verkoper weigerde in gesprek te gaan over oplossing van het probleem.
