The ad said that the watch was original in a factory box without documents. I received the watch without a box, wrote to the seller on 11/24/2021 with a request to send the factory box, as indicated in the ad. The seller stopped responding to messages. I don't recommend it

Ho acquistato questo orologio e il prezzo di spedizione era compreso nel prezzo naturalmente il venditore aveva confermato tutto nonostante era scritto sulla pagina... dopo una settimana DHL mi manda una lettera di mancato pagamento dell'articolo da me ricevuto quindi la spedizione è diventata a carico del destinatario... quindi il venditore non ha rispettato gli accordi di vendita quindi la mia valutazione è pessima... per quanto riguarda l'articolo nulla da dire ma per il prezzo complessivo pagato alla fine con la spedizione è stato eccessivo... cordiali saluti

El reloj presentaba dos grandes rasguños en la tapa que no se mencionaban en la descripción y que se apreciaban en las fotos porque están tomadas desde un ángulo que las ocultaba. Por otro lado puso un valor superior al de venta en la factura aduanera con los cual los gastos se incrementaron hasta los 90€. No compréis a este comprador.

I do not trust this dealer to list items accurately. I also do not believe them to be honest overall. They listed a watch as a 2010 and when I got it, I ran the serial number and it was actually a 2019! That's almost a decade difference! When I talked to them about it, they where not apologetic and lied to me. They claimed the particular line of watch (Seiko Presage) was created in 2019. A simple Google search was all it took to know that was a false claim. When I called them out on the lie, they didn't apologize or have anything to say. Worse yet, they are a Chrono24 "verified" vendor, and when I alerted Chrono24 to this whole situation, they did not seem to care. I am moving over to Watch Finder / Watch Box because of this episode. Both those platforms cover return shipping for situations like this -- Chrono24 does not! So when a "verified" vendor lies to you, YOU have to pay to return the item.
