The buyer read the first sentence of the description and ignored the rest. This is the copy of description: "The case and bracelet are in near to mint condition, no scratches except tiny hardly visible dents on the back case which is normal for a pre-owned watch. The automatic movement might need an overhaul. The amplitude is 198 and it runs minus 50 seconds per day. The chronograph resets to 5 minutes. Fits men's wrist up to 7 inches. Please measure your wrist to make sure it will fit. The serial number is present and visible on the pics. The authenticity of the watch is 100% guaranteed. " It was a surprise to the buyer that the watch did not work properly. It's very important to read the complete description before making the purchase.

The package was returned to me because of USPS mistake. I shipped it again on the next day and communicated with the customer about it. It takes about 1 month to receive package via USPS first class mail. If you buy a watch over $600 i ship via FEDEX and its 2-3 day service to Europe.

This dealer is downright dishonest. Described the watch as mint knowing full well that there is a very significant scratch on the crystal (or the AR coating). There were also numerous other scratches on the bezel and the band is also not "mint". Seller offered a $100 refund for the inconvenience which is laughable. How about offering to remedy the significantly poorer quality watch. Returning this watch would mean I'm out of pocket approximately $400 USD so not really worth sending back which I suspect is what this seller relies on. Suddenly the communications have stopped after requesting a greater refund to atleast cover the cost of replacement crystal. Dtay away from this dishonest seller! You'll regret it.

Hello There was a tiny scratch on the crystal that I did not notice. I apologized to the buyer and offered $100 refund or accept the watch back for a full refund. Returning the watch does not cost $400, may be $50-$70 via DHL, and I would pay for it. The watch was used but in mint condition. The gold is very soft material and micro, very tiny scratches occur even if the watch is brand new. I did offer $100 refund and the buyer never replied to me ever since. Please review my other reviews, 97% of satisfied customers.

Description on the watch was not accurate. I asked is it women or men or unisex. Never received the answer. I like the watch anyway and will be a good timepiece gift to a close family member.
