Ich kann diesen Händler nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Uhr war als „ungetragen“ beschrieben, hatte aber Gebrauchsspuren und einen tiefen Kratzer. Zusätzlich wurde 2017 als Herstellungsjahr angegeben, auf der originalen Kaufbeleg stand aber 2014. Ich hatte dem Händler davon berichtet, Bilder geschickt und nach einem möglichen Nachlass gefragt. Die Reaktion war nur das ich die Uhr wieder zurückgeben kann.

Very poor experience, the package vas poorly made and was left in my mail box without any signature. The watch wasn't working properly and the seller ignore my messages during a week. Only with the help of Chrono 24 can the matter be resolved. Exclusive Chrono denied the problem at first and never tried to solve it. Thanks to Chrono 24 I finally manage to send the watch back but it wasn't an eazy affair. I lost 150€ to ship it back and the watch is alreay in the shop at 24chrono with a premium of 300€! Clearly a seller to avoid

Es war ein Händler,aber es verkaufte die Uhr ohne Rechnung, ohne einem Begleitschreiben !!!! Hat auf Rückfragen nicht reagiert. Uhr war Ok.

Unfortunately the specific watch (a gold Rolex Zenith Daytona 16528) did not match the description provided by the seller. The watch was described as "very good". Very good has a specific interpretation under Chrono24 specs. The watch I received had a welded piece of gold on the bracelet (aftermarket repair due to heavy damage, not showing on the photos), missing original gold pins, fully damaged permanent pin of oysterlock flap making the oysterlock flap falling apart, fully damaged clasp (not closing) and some other minor issues (like scratches on the crystal which is not a pricey issue). The total cost of repair of the aforementioned items on such a watch exceeds eur. 4.000,00. I mentioned the issues to the seller, and he replied laconically "we sell used watches". I asked the seller to share a small portion of the repair cost (800 euros out of 4000) and simply replied "send the watch back, we have another buyer", and we will send you your money back, once our watchmaker verifies the watch is in good condition (!).

My reference was sold as new. Overall impression is that it it could have been new, at least the band was new, but the movement was not starting properly after the manual winding. I had to shake it to let it start. Happened twice and decided to return the item, there were also 2 very suspect line on the movement, gard to see throu the glass but still noticeable with the proper lighting. In the meantime I went to my local Panerai Boutique and tested a watch with same movement, when winding the movement starts when you react approx. 40% of the charge. Manager of the Panerai boutique also told be that the tiny scratches on the back are not compatible with the quality check of new devices. Packaging was also very poor, just the PAM 3rd box in cardboard and no other brox or insulating material. To cut a long story short, very bad experience with the seller and thanks to C24 for the perfect trusted checkout warranty !

The watch was described as "like new" but upon inspection, it had a deep, serious chip/scratch in the edge of the sapphire at 4 o'clock/just above the "20". I returned the watch which cost me 200 €. The reseller claimed that this flaw had been mentioned in the text (it wasn't) and now the watch is back on Chrono24/reseller homepage without mentioning the flaw...
