Very disappointing. I'm a frequent buyer on Chrono24. This was one of the most dissatisfying experiences I have had purchasing here. This supposedly new watch came with a large piece of dust under the crystal. I spent numerous hours of my personal time working with the seller to ship the watch back and forth to have it removed and ultimately did not even have the watch for the occasion I bought it for. The watch was finally returned with the dust removed but now one of the tags is missing despite the fact that dealer assured me that all tags would be present upon return of the watch. The dealer acknowledges the missing tags. Don't know any serious buyers at this price point who would bother with this kind of service.

Client’s last text to us: “I am happy to modify my review to express my satisfaction if you are able to issue me a more reasonable refund. Thanks” No my friend, not today…after +30 years in this business we will not start giving in to this now.. facts of this deal: *was there an issue with the new/unworn Panerai he bought? Yes, there was. *did we take care of it immediately and did we pay all expenses? Yes, labels sent out same day, Panerai took care of the issue in 48 hours. Shipping service was always overnight. *did we take in to consideration the time lost by the client? Yes, we gave him $600 in cash back and store credit. We didn’t have to since we did out part, but we did what we could and what is pretty fair given the value of the watch and the issue. Bottom line is you just can’t make everyone happy, we try our best, we listen to our clients and we are accountable for the good we sell and out actions. But we will not give in to blackmail like this, not now or ever. Thank you, all the best, from the EiT team :)

we wish this buyer could have been more specific but since he preferred not to be we will explain. the watch arrived malfunctioning and needing repair, probably something that happened in shipping, it was sent via fedex international and things don't always go smooth. since he was based out of Singapore we suggested he take the watch to his local JLC dealer which he did, they estimated a $1200 USD service and we refunded the buyer for that amount, we also were opened to a return for a full refund. we were always responsive and have chrono24 that can back us up. the item was as described, we always maintained communication and we stood up to a repair paying in full. if that doesn't validate us as a professional and stand up seller then i don't know what does. best regards to you and best of luck for the future, The Element iN Time NYC Crew,
