Buyer's comment:

The dealer gave wrong bracelet length even when it was specifically asked. When the watch arrived I explained this to the dealer. The dealer took this very lightly and said "it was a mistake just send back the watch". This was not an acceptable solution as it would involve shipping and insurance costs. I explained that I could buy bracelet pieces for 110€ locally, the dealer agreed to pay half these costs. Never did the dealer come with any solution and in the end only paid half the costs incurred.

Kunden verlangte das diese Omega Damenuhr kostenfrei auf 19 cm verlängert wird. Wir haben dann aus Kulanz und an den mosten beteiligt. Damenuhren werden in Regel vom Hersteller mit 17-18 cm Ausgeliefert. Daher ist diese Bewertung mehr als "Rachebewertung" Anzusehen.
