Leider kam die bestellte Uhr nie bei mir an. Nach mehreren Wochen und immer wieder nachfragen wurde wurde mir das Geld zurückgezahlt. Darum gebe ich trotzdem zwei Sterne.

The dealer was very responsive in the start before I bought the watch. As soon as he got paid the dealer took long to answer to any queries which arose. Also, the shipping company that the dealer uses is total rubbish and the watch ended up being lost in the process. It took a long time to get the money back and a lot of useless hassle which could have been easily avoided.

La publicacion en el sitio de Chrono 24 especificaba que el grosor del reloj era de 5mm y recibimos un reloj con grosor de 10mm

la montre a été déposé dans la boite aux lettres , pas de remise en main propre et pas de signature donc montre plusieurs jours dans la boite aux lettres ( valeur de la montre a 800€) !!! le transport offert par le vendeur, ceci explique cela .... la carte de garantie non remplie et on tamponnée !!!!

I buy this lorus from the seller and the watch arrive to me and was not working, I went to a specialized shop and I try to me change the battery but was not working anyway. Now after I've send back the watch and payed for the shipping way back the seller say to me that he find scratches around and it cost to me around 50€, I understand he have to replace the braclet because scratched a bit but I wear the watch just for on day so is really bad manufacturing, I mean the seller can be more flexible in this case. I bought a watch from this shop, but, after I paid 264€, the shop didn't accept my order, saying that it was out of stock. So disappointed by that.

До Люберец доставка заняла 12 дней. Большую часть доставка проходила по России (таможка-разтоможка, сортировка и т.д.) Доставляли почтой России до отделения. Трек отслеживался. Сам выбор и общение с продавцом не составляли труда. Даже при том, что я вопросы задавал на русском языке. Продаван старался ответить оперативно, но только в рабочее время и в рабочие дни) При отправке продавец обещал хорошую упаковку и определенную информацию на упаковке. Ни того ни другого выполненно небыло. Коробка с часами болталась в почтовой коробке. При этом сама фирменная коробка была вскрыта, часы были без защитной пленки (как стекло, так и браслет), Головка управления была без пластикового фиксатора. На мой запрос продаван ответил - что такие пришли от поставщика. Оплата на сайте реализована не совсем удобно для русскоговорящих клиентов. Платить через chrono24.com.ru безопаснее, но не совсем осуществимо - в принципе отсутствовала возможность у данного продавана. Удобнее платить через ПайПал. Но тут возникает большое НО !!! Курс пересчета на ПайПал такой, что приходится переплачивать нехило. К примеру мне обошлось цена 18 060 ₽+ 634 ₽ стоимость пересылки: Россия И + 1000 целковых при пересчете в платежной системе ПайПал. В любом случае дешевле чем покупать в Москве. Хотелось бы пожелать. - Продавцу : быть более общительным, особенно с рускоговорящими клиентами; выполнять свои обещания относительно заказа; особо обратить внимание на качество упаковки заказа; давать более подробную информацию о товаре (включая отсутствие защитных пленок и т.п.); особую благодарность вызовет фото готовой к отправке посылки на весах (так что бы виден был получатель и вес). - Торговой площадке: проработать и очень серьезно вопрос с различными способами оплаты товара, при этом дав возможность покувателю выбирать - оплачивать товар напрямую продавцу или через площадку; при выборе способов оплаты обращать внимание на те системы, где переплат не будет или они будут минимальными, так как именно цена является определяющим пунктом при покупке. Так же хотелось бы пожелать торговой площадке chrono24.com.ru давать больше возможностей при оставлении отзывов покупателей (приложить фото и видео товара, оставить обзор и т.д.)

Die Uhr lief ungenau, d. h. nicht im Rahmen der vom Hersteller angegeben Toleranz. Zwei mal musste ich die Uhr wegen des selben Fehlers zurückschicken. Danach bestand dieser immer noch, da bin ich vom Kauf, auf Basis des gesetzlichen Rechts zur Wandlung, zurückgetreten. Es hat über zwei Monate gedauert bis ich mein Geld zurück erhalten habe. Dazu ein fast ausschließlich von meiner Seite geführter Schriftwechsel. Danke für die Unterstützung von Chrono24. Bei Timeshop24 kaufe ich nie wieder.

Received watch broken from seller. I was told by and Chrono24 that the seller would send a return shipping label to return watch.... I never received it. Now I'm stuck with a broken watch that they refuse to return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

De doos van het NIEUWE horloge is beschadigd, gedeukt. Ik heb de Time shop om een nieuwe doos gevraagd maar geen antwoord gekregen. Later via Chrono24 een klacht ingedient, daar heeft de Time shop naar mij toe ook niet op gereageerd. Later hebben ze aan Chrono24 laten weten er niks aan te doen.

Meine Frage zur Zifferblattfarbe wurde nicht beantwortet. Das Bamd nicht gekürzt wie schriftlich mitgeteilt. Seit fast 2 Wochen warte ich auf die erneut zurückgesendete Uhr.
