Are you serious to give us the negative feedback? We shipped the watch strap to you. The post office try to deliver the item to you on 24 Aug 2022, but nobody received it. We have send you the shipping status on Chrono24 and ask you to collect the item, but you did not reply us. Finally, the item was returned to us. We have told you that we will resend the item to you, and you reply us "OK". We have shipped the item out on 21 Oct 2022. The tracking number is RD023802447HK by Hong Kong Post. For the second shipping fee, we paid for you. For the first shipping, you did not collect the item. That is your responsibility. Now you give us the negative feedback.....ridiculous!!! VERY POOR BUYER!!!

The mail was returned to us and showed that it is the unclaimed mail. We have reshipped the rubber to buyer and told him the new tracking number. We must help the buyer to solve the problem.
