We appreciate every review, trying to improve our service accordingly to them, in regards of these reviews from very dishonest, rude, irresponsible buyer. Unfortunately, not we not anyone else can’t learn anything, it is ashamed that Chrono24 allowed customers like him to leave any reviews, his reviews nothing to do with our service it just reflects his personal problems, showing that he is not a buyer at all, and all his ratings must be applied to him personally. It nothing to do with our Company services, we did ban him from any communication and purchase from our company and did report him to Chrono24 , unfortunately we can’t provide all our communications, by request we will do that. We have to admit that all reviews provided by this buyer are false, groundless, very unfair and contradictory. Please read below explanation on each review. 1star for shipping. We professionally packaged and shipped within 24 hours after order was received, with the most expensive courier FEDEX , the buyer paid for shipping less than 60% of our shipping cost. As a reward, we received 1 star. 1star, for item description. We sent watch with a great result on Timegrapher , in condition exactly as on the pictures, he claimed crown without the logo, we offered change to the crown with the logo, even on the pictures in description very clearly shown that crown without the logo. Then he said that he just doesn't like this watch, and opened return: "item not as described". We can’t accept return not as described, it is not a truth, we requested him to claim the truth in return. He denied, not replied, and sent return without our approval. Parcel was lost, we requested six times from him address where he sent parcel, he pretended that doesn't understand our questions and replied just once with the question "What". We contacted Chrono 24 with request to help us to communicate with him, after all mess created by him, he provided 1star for communication, more likely he is rating himself.

Watch in poor condition on arrival. Nothing like the one pictured. Ran terribly on a timegrapher, beat error severe and running all over the place and amplitude below 140. Disappointing.

We regret to admit that all reviews provided by this buyer are false, groundless , very unfair and contradictory. Please read below explanation on each review separately. 1.Two stars for shipping. The watch was professionally packaged and shipped within 24 hours after order was received, with the most expensive, reliable courier FEDEX Express , the buyer paid for shipping less than 30% of the our shipping cost. As a reward from the buyer , we received two stars negative review. 2. One star, for item description .The watch was carefully checked by our watchmaker visually and on the Timegrapher, before it was sent. The watch was in excellent working condition with a great results on Timegrapher , and in very nice looking condition. Another lie ,buyer claims that watch not like on the pictures in description, then question from where we got these pictures, for this particuliar watch ? Buyer confirmed that this it is the same watch ,so then pictures from this watch . Besides all these facts above, we provide a worldwide warranty on watches purchased from our Company, the buyer knows about this service and never contacted us in regards of this watch . All these facts above indicates that the watch is in good working condition as we described and sent. 3. One star for communication . We responded to all buyer questions and requests in a timely manner . The buyer repeatedly bought few watches from our Company, we did provide excellent service. The buyer periodically called names , sent disrespectful ,boorish messages with threats , insults, and in mean time continued to buy from our Company, as a results of his unacceptable behavior our company finally decided to banned this buyer from buying watches in our company in response, he gave very unfair , false reviews.

This review it not from the buyer , this feedback from ordinary scammer . Yes we did ban this con artist from purchasing and any form of communication with our company . We reported to Chrono24 that by manipulating with messages he attempted to get our watch for free. After it didn't happen he provided this review . Unfortunately Chrono24 allowed to do that even to the scammers without any attempt to purchase.

I initially messaged Sam at Sago asking if he would be negotiable on a watch, and if he would do a deal for 2 watches for $700/each. We agreed on the price including shipping and moved on. When i received the watches, the second hand on the Omega Seamaster Cosmic 2000 had fallen off, and the dial was separated from the inner bezel. This most likely had a lot to do with the subpar overhaul (which he assured me was done) and the flimsy packaging they did so they could pocket the shipping money (pictures available). After reaching out to him, Sam just blamed the post office and took no responsibility at all. Furthermore, he told me that i could go to ANY watch shop and they would put the second had back on for $10-$15. All while telling me how difficult the watch was to open. I explained to him that i paid for fully functioning watches, not something i want to fix. Upon telling him that i will just send the watches back, he told ME to contact different watchmakers to get an estimate. After contacting a couple of places and letting him know that everyone is quoting between $50 - $100, the seller now insisted that i take the watch to his watchmaker in Brooklyn, claiming that the watchmaker would attach the second hand at no cost to me. All while telling me how other places are ripping me off and i shouldn't trust them. Given that i had already wasted enough time, and the complete mistrust in the seller, i refused and said i would either send the watches back for a full refund, or accept a $100 discount (for the time i have spent going back and forth to NYC) plus the repair done by them at no cost to me. Sam countered with a $200 discount and that they are absolved of all responsibility, indicating that there are a lot more problems with the watch and no overhaul was actually done. Sam also indicated that the only way i would get the $100 discount is if a friend of mine, who i referred to him, would buy a watch from SAGO, AND leave good reviews. Sam also made it clear that the only way i would get the full refund was if i sent the watches back AND paid for shipping and insurance out of my pocket. After i told him that my reviews would be in-line with what happened, Sam started to accuse me of extortion. Fortunately, Chrono24 stepped in and made sure I received a full refund after I sent the watches back with insurance and proper packaging. TL;DR: Extremely untrustworthy shop that sells sub-par products with misleading pictures and claims of overhaul. Horrible experience with Sam at SAGO. I can provide further details and pictures of the watch and the exchange to anyone who requires it.

We are sorry that you as our potential buyer need to read blatant lie from very dishonest buyer ,crook who by manipulating buying process on Chrono24 with deceiving lies extorted threatened our company and employee. During shipping on watch Omega Cosmic2000 seconds hand fell out ( unfortunately that is can happen we can provide information overhauled watch company) We very deeply apologized and offered to him return this watch for a full refund or repair with refund for shipping , extend warranty , repair for free . This Extortionist choose repair option but he requested in addition to repair partial refund of$100 ,on our question what for we need to give him additional $100 he reply for good reviews, (we reported to Chrono24 about his extortions) and replied to this maniac that we don't pay for reviews, Than this con artist said to install this seconds hand will cost him $250 ( this is lie ,Cosmic2000 more complicated to open but will not cost more than $50) We was agree give to him partial refund of $200 but on contingency that we never will hear not him not about him , and he must confirm that in writing . He did confirmed ( copy by request) in few weeks he said that he need more than $200 or ,we didn't reply , he sent back we received Omega Cosmic2000 completely destroyed he tried to open by his self or gave to unprofessional watchmaker, but watch case is destroyed , stem, crown fell out ,we didn't calculated yet cost of repair yet but he did very substantial damage ( pictures by request) , second watch we received as we sent. Unfortunately Chrono24 not supporting and protecting honest , reputable sellers (please read our others reviews) and allowed Extortionist , Crook, Con Artist publish his BLATANT LIE and effect our rating an reputation

Unprofessional. Watch had fake crown and I wanted to return. Quite simple but they said the do not approve return. Said I need google translation as a put down. Will call company manager on Wednesday and put official complaint into whoever is running there C24 account. If I was company director I’ll be really embarrassed if I knew staff were speaking this way.
