Very slow to ship…it seems like they sold me a watch that they didn’t have…not sure..I requested a refund and I won’t do business with them again.

Seems like they say one thing and then do another Photos do not show the high gloss of the watch, very disappointed with the entire transaction. I am surprised that Chrono24 allows a company like to operate on its platform. I was told to send back the watch for return 9no problem and no talk of fees for doing so) then when they received watch they put a mediation call for you to mediate the situation. This is not how you treat customers——-be upfront with the customer from the start so they can make an educated decision.
