Very bad dealer and horrible communication. I purchased a rolex from this dealer for $8300 and had never received the watch. The dealer gave me the run around for 12 days and kept promising me that I would receive the watch but it never came. I finally told him to cancel my order and that I would never do business with him again. I don’t understand how you can screw up the shipping on an $8300 Rolex. I truly believe that dealer did not want to sell the watch at that price and had sellers remorse so he strung me along for 12 days until I got fed up and told him to cancel my order. Watch is currently relisted at a higher price so I’m pretty sure that’s what happened. Horrible dealer!!! Make sure you stay away from this dealer.

sorry about that, but we told you before: the problem is FedEx issues, but you don't want to believe it, we have hundreds of positive reviews. You don't have patience, we accept your cancelation.

Did not complete the purchase, so I can't recommend the dealer at this time. Because Chrono24's bank is located outside of the US, there is a time lag regarding transferring amounts over $5K in one transaction. First transaction was in process and second transaction was scheduled for the next day. The seller pulled the listing on the third day. I had to cancel the first transaction. Seller emailed that he would give me two days but, I informed him of the pending transfer and even sent a screen shot of the pending transfer for the first amount. No contact after that. Thank You to Chrono24 Escrow service because I got my funds back from the first transaction.

Dealer was extremely unprofessional in approach to business. Did not communicate properly with me on top of delaying the shipping of my item. Dealer is very suspect in operating even a legitimate business. I would never buy an item again from this person nor recommend him/her to anyone.

1, we did not sell anything to you, because of your greedy requirement. 2, most people understand the virus problem cause the shipping delayed, we noticed the shipping handling period is 6-10 days. But the buyer asked money and gift, that's why we canceled this order and gave him refund. We don't want to do business with such a kind of greedy person.

Would you please let me know why you need to repair it? Any problem? You didn’t mention anything about repairing when you receive the watch, only mentioned the watch size is not what you expected. But the IWC pilot IW377709 only has one size. We offered full return option when you said you are not satisfied with the watch size, but you wanted us to refund you first then return us the watch, which is an unacceptable option, since Chrono24 kept your payments before you accept the watch, which is the best way to protect both of us. In the end you decided to keep it but never mentioned why you need to repair the watch. If you think the watch has problem you should contact us, we are always willing to provide post-purchase service. Again, we provide refund support to our buyer if they are not satisfied with the watch.
