Ho accettato una proposta d’acquisto, il giorno seguente l’ordine veniva cancellato perché venduto. Il giorno successivo alla cancellazione dell’ordine veniva nuovamente inserzionato lo stesso orologio, ho chiesto informazioni al venditore che mi continuava a confermare l’indisponibilità del prodotto ma l’annuncio è ancora presente. Ho effettuato il pagamento in data 27 dicembre 2022, ad oggi 03/01/2023 ancora non ho ricevuto il rimborso. Mi spiace dover dare un voto così basso ma non posso fare altrimenti…

L’articolo che ho ricevuto era mal confezionato, non corrispondeva a quanto il venditore ha dichiarato e mancava anche del corredo di un bracciale mash milanese aggiuntivo. Non capisco oltretutto il motivo per cui ho dovuto pagare di tasca il reso ( ben €68) . La motivazione, non è dovuta ad un mio cambio di idea ma , ad un prodotto non corrispondente a quanto dichiarato. Vorrei quindi un rimborso anche della spedizione.

La montre avait une remise importante et il restait 1 seule pièce. Le paiement a mis plus de 4 jours a être confirmé. C'est trop long, la montre a été vendue a quelqu'un de plus réactif. Je ne peux pas réserver 5 jours toutes les montres avec offre, personne ne le peut !

Désolé, Je conviens de votre déception, Mais vous avez fait une demande le 17/10, j'ai répondu le lendemain, pour autant je n'ai eu confirmation de votre règlement que le 23/10. Ce type de montre avec une remise de 50% est très demandé, c'est plus ou moins le cas, et parfois 5 jours c'est bien pour "réfléchir", mais sur une opportunité pareil le délai était plus court, la montre a été vendu en 1 journée. Au delà j'ai demandé à la marque une disponibilité sur le réseau Europe, c'est pour cela que je n'ai annulé la vente que le 28/10. Avec a nouveau toute nos excuses

We are sorry about that, You are in Italy in a big city mila, : return cost is from 15 to 22€ for usual transporter. Before you have send back us the watch, I told you that we will refund transport up to 19€. Eurotransport propose for 17€ with insurance this type of service. Then you have chosen a return for 30€. You can either make you own choice, even use a DHL express for 70€, but dont reproach that difference of cost to not be refunded Regards

Ordered and payed for a watch that has never been delivered. Had to wait for 8 weeks to get refunded back my money. It seemed that his courier has lost it, issue that had nothing to do with me. I would never buy again from this seller and neither recommend him to anyone.
