Neprofesionist,am achitat o cutie pentru un ceas care o avea pusă spre vânzare și după 2 zile mia raspuns ca de fapt a vândut-o in urma cu o zi dar pe site mai apărea vizibila încă și nu am inteles de ce nu scoate de pe site produsele vândute și mai pune pe altii sa piardă timp și bani blocați pana de face pana ajung sa fie returnați.

il commerciante insinua di rispedirglielo se non va bene, non ho assolutamente voglia di farlo , l'oggetto ci ha messo 10 giorni ad arrivare , spedendo con corriere espresso ci avrebbe messo 1 giorno , ho espressamente chiesto se il booklet fosso idoneo a una determinata referenza di orologio e mi è stato detto di si , ma non era vero . In alcun modo si puo giustificare la poca professionalità di questo venditore fine .

Salve,mi dispiace molto che la cosa sia andata a finire cosi pero come gia detto se mi rispediva il bookflet tutto si risolveva nei migliori dei modi.Le sottolineo che lei ha pagato per una spedizione ordinaria non espressa per questo motivo sono passati 10 giorni.

I have spent years on this platform and this was easily the worst dealer I have ever done business with. He initially refused to accept a return even though he is obligated to accept returns through the Chrono24 platform. He gave a return address that he refused to pick the return up from which turned the return process into a multi-month ordeal all while providing absolutely 0 communication to myself and the Chrono24 team. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER!!
