Thank you kindly for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us. We understand it is frustrating if a watch you really want gets sold out from under your nose. We accepted your order on the 20th and the payment was only received on the escrow account of Chrono24 two days later. Had the payment been received immediately, as you state, the watch would have been yours. These models are extremely popular and can't be reserved for that long. On top of that, since you paid to the escrow account of Chrono24, they handled your refund, not us. If you have a complaint about how long that took, please contact them directly. All the best

Von Anfang bis Ende absolut Kundenunfreundlich Schon nachdem mein unterbreitestes Angebot angenommen wurde wurde mir gesagt das dies keineswegs verbindlich sei und die Uhr auch nicht reserviert sei falls jm doch schneller wäre als das Prozedere über chrono24 und die Uhr im Laden kauft...nach nur einem Werktag wurde dann am Karfreitag die Bestellung storniert weil chrono24 den Geldeingang noch nicht bestätigt hätte..der fakt das am Karfreitag die Banken nicht buchen interessierte hierbei nicht...Bestellung also storniert und selbige Uhr 15000 euro über dem davorigen Preis neu inseriert..es handelte sich um eine day date 2 in platin...mir wurde dann gesagt ich könnte doch gerne jetzt auf Grundlage des neuen Preises ein Angebot abgeben Absolute Frechheit und Kundenunfreundlichkeit Man hat als Kunde absolut keine Planungssicherheit

Dear Sir, You gave the impression that you wished to purchase a Daydate 41 in platinum. We agreed on a price and you informed us you were going to do the payment. We informed you there were more people interested in the watch and that it would go to the first person who did the payment. After 3 days there was still no sign of a payment and you were contacted. Chrono24 has deleted the order, not us. You were irritated about this but still had not paid the open amount. Up till now no money has arrived. You told us you wired the money which is false as you did not. Nothing arrived. A few days later again you asked us which amount to be wired, odd question for someone who supposedly already paid. Meanwhile watch was sold. From the beginning we had 2 Platinum daydates on stock, we offered you the second piece ad a reasonable discount which you declined. We are always open for feedback but when you do a review, please do it i a correct way and do not lie. To finalize, our offer for the second Daydate 41 Platinum remains and you can benefit from it as long as we have the watch might you change your mind. Best regards,

Zuerst wurde lange nicht auf eine Anfrage geantwortet, erst nach Anruf wurde eine Antwort gegeben. Nach einigen Tagen wurde mir dann nach bereits erfolgter Zahlung mitgeteilt, dass die Uhr nicht mehr verfügbar sei.

Nach dem Händlerangebot wurde Gebot innerhalb eines Tages angenommen und umgehend bezahlt. Trotzdem war laut Händler die Uhr nicht verfügbar da sich es mit einer Zahlung eines anderen Kunden überschnitten hätte. Wie das geht obwohl ja die Uhr reserviert ist ? Da es leider nicht geklappt hat kann man situativ nicht besser bewerten. Freundlich war der Händler allemal.

il n'est pas professionnel ,quand on est pro en tant acheteur je lui ai proposé un prix ,il a accepté ma proposition ,j'ai réglé la somme demmandée par ce vendeur ,3 jours plus tard ,je recois un mail ,comme quoi la montre est vendue !!!?Et j'attend mon remboursement .

I negotiated with the dealer a price and the mode of delivery and the date. I payed the price to Chrono24. On the day of delivery I received no message regarding tracking. I tried to contact the dealer by writing two times. No response. Then I called to Holland and asked what had happened to my watch. There they told me, that my watch was already sold! Probably the dealer fetched a better price selling the watch to someone else without the commission to Chrono24. Conclusion: this dealer is not trustworthy. NEVER AGAIN!

j'ai eu le vendeur au téléphone qui m'a certifié que la montre était disponible, j'ai fais de suite le virement et comme par hasard la montre a été vendu et ils ont rejeter la faute sur chrono 24 en disant qu'il n'avait pas fait la mise à jour du site , ensuite j'ai attendu 1 semaine pour le remboursement.
