Nachdem sich der Verkäufer trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung nicht dazu entschließen konnte, mir die bestellte Uhr zuzusenden, habe ich meinen Bestell-Auftrag storniert. Diese Igronanz seitens des Händlers sind für mich völlig unakzeptabel. Meine Empfehlung: Finger weg von dem Händler. Leider muss ich systembedingt mindestens einen Stern vergeben. Ich habe am 3.11.2019 bei diesem Händler eine Uhr bestellt, die voraussichtlich im Februar 2020 geliefert werden sollte. Da die Uhr bis zum 13.10.2020 nicht geliefert wurde, habe ich den Bestellvorgang abgebrochen. Eine Begründung, oder Entschuldigung für diesen unbefriedigenden Vorgang, habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten. Nie wieder!

I messaged asking for an offer, got a quote, accepted it and paid. Shortly afterwards I received a call explaining that the price is wrong and I have to pay more or they'll cancel it. I'm now left waiting for a refund to my credit card. Total waste of time.

Kauf wurde abgebrochen, nachdem der vom Händler angekündigte Liefertermin verstrichen war. Auch auf Nachricht von Chrono24 wurde zunächst nicht reagiert. Erst auf erneute Nachfrage durch Chrono24 kam dann eine Nachricht wann mit der Lieferung der Uhr gerechnet werden kann. Und selbst in dieser Nachricht wurde nur ein "vager, möglicher Liefertermin" mitgeteilt.

Le 28 août j’ai commandé et payé une montre de plus de 2000€ prévue être livrée entre le 14 et le 22 septembre. Le 22 septembre je n’avais toujours pas reçu ma montre. J’ai donc demandé le remboursement que j’attends actuellement. Dommage

Trotz Echtzeitüberweisung und telefonischer Zusage, dass die Uhr verfügbar sei, kam es von Seiten des Händlers nicht zum Kaufabschluss. Als Grund wurde uns 4 Tage nach Bezahlung der gewünschten Uhr wieder Erwarten mitgeteilt, dass diese nun doch nicht für uns verfügbar sei. Alles sehr unschön und wenig kompetent. Keine Weiterempfehlung wert.

Foi encomendado e pago o relógio, só que passado mais de uma semana após terem recebido o pagamento mandam uma mensagem a dizer que item escolhido não se encontra disponível. Estou a aguardar o reembolso. Se o item não está disponível deve a informação constar na aplicação. Foi demasiado mau.

Il ne possède pas les montres qu’il vend. Il les propose et cherche à les obtenir ensuite en rallongeant les délais de livraison. Du coups j’ai perso 150chf entre le versement et le remboursement avec les frais de changement de devise....

Horloge besteld, levering bleef maar uit en bleef maar uit - hoorde van handelaar niks en bij herhaaldelijk navragen geen normaal inhoudelijke reden. Uiteindelijk bestelling maar geannuleerd.

Po měsíce se za pomoci Chrono24 “zjistilo”, že objednané a zaplacené hodinky nejsou disponibilní. Na přímý dotaz obchodník nereagoval.

Not recomended!!! This store sells air and wastes time! I inquired before the catalog whether the watch was in stock and was told yes. Promise I will receive within 3-4 weeks. After payment and few days I was told I would only get a watch in 3 months . I canceled a deal and would only will get the money after two weeks. Just a shame to shop from Germany!

Unseriöser Händler! Ich habe am 3. Juni eine sofort lieferbare Longines bestellt und bezahlt. Auf Nachfrage hat mir der Händler am 10. Juni mitgeteilt, dass kein konkreter Lieferzeitraum genannt werden kann, da es sich um eine Neuheit handelt. Auf eine weitere Nachfrage am 24. Juni, wurde mir am 25. Juni (nach über drei Wochen!) vom Händler mitgeteilt, das die Uhr leider ausverkauft ist. Die betreffende Uhr wird auch heute noch von vielen Händlern angeboten.

I've waited over HALF A YEAR to get the Watch "limited edition….. strictly on order…. " no problem i was very patient because "they were getting it for me not to worry". They would communicate as soon as possible. No follow up whatsoever from their part. Eventualy after nearly 7 month and having to send severals emails " they were unable to provide it because it was discontinued!!!!!" Yes of course you only had over half a year!!! Their word was "We are still sorry for the inconvenience" but luckely for me they understand my deception and they wished me good luck in finding a Watch that was now discontinued! They have a great sence of humor. Appaling for someone that is a trusted seller.
